<h2><strong>3. 投标人资格要求</strong></h2>
<p style="line-height: 37px; -ms-text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>3<strong>.</strong>1本项目要求投标人应为《全省房屋建筑和市政基础设施工程的工程总承包试点企业名单》（闽建筑〔2017〕7号）文件中所列的企业，并须具备合法有效的营业执照或单位法人证书，且具有独立法人资格。</p>
<p style="line-height: 37px; text-indent: 14px; -ms-text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;">3.2本招标项目要求投标人需<strong>具备以下资质之一</strong>：</p>

<h2><strong>6. 投标保证金的提交</strong></h2>

<h2><strong>7.</strong><strong>投标文件的递交</strong></h2>
