leaf="">活鳗出口对运输的要求较高，且一次的运量有限，而中国烤鳗的价格还不到日本同类产品的一半，于是经过加工的鳗鱼产品越来越成为鳗鱼出口的主力军。随着七月底日本鳗鱼节的临近，福建当地的鳗鱼加工企业也越来越忙碌起来。在天马科技集团的烤鳗生产基地，鳗鱼先在循环清水里养殖48小时，检测合格后运往鳗鱼加工车间，再经过烤皮、白烧、蒲烧等多个工序后香气四溢的烤鳗才得以最终出炉。</span></p><p><span
