2.21428em;">正当一切都是那么顺风顺水时，命运却跟莫良明开了一个天大的玩笑。从2005年开始，他发现自己的视力慢慢在下降。起初以为是劳累过度导致的偶发现象，他并没有过分在意，依旧照常工作，直到下半年部队组织检验性演习，领导指派他担任后方保障群总指挥，在野外宿营地，他因视力快速下降摔了好几个跟头后，才意识到问题的严重性。<br/></p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-bottom: 8px;text-indent: 2.21428em;">医院检查结果是视神经萎缩症，这种症状至今仍是一个医学难题。在随后休息疗养的日子里，莫良明意识到自己的人生被彻底改变了。</p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-bottom: 8px;text-indent: 2.21428em;">回家后，莫良明内心几乎崩溃。他把自己彻底与这个世界隔离起来。四年“黑暗”岁月，如今回想依旧不寒而栗。自暴自弃、远离社交，躲在家中连门都不出……治愈眼疾的越来越渺茫，黑暗吞噬了他的世界，更摧毁了他活下去的信念。最极端的瞬间，莫良明甚至尝试过纵身一跃，结束自己的生命。然而，正当他准备迈出最后一步的时候，身后的一声“爸爸”生生把他拉回现实。他不知道女儿是什么时候跟在自己身后的，而这一声再平常不过的呼喊犹如一记重拳，狠狠敲醒自己。“当时想想，自己还有点用，女儿还没成人......”哽咽声中，硬汉的眼眶瞬间湿润。自责与愧疚在心中翻涌，坚持与重生在内心萌芽。女儿是父亲一生的软肋，经历过漫长的黑夜，莫良明终于找到了自己的重生的那一束“光”。</p></section><p 2.21428em;">2010年，莫良明在家人和朋友的关心下，开始适应黑暗的世界。重新振作起来的莫良明，通过广播了解身边发生的大事小事，有一天他听到大批的菜农，因为销路原因大量的蔬菜都烂在了田间地头，一年的辛苦付之东流，内心十分难受。想想自己一辈子面朝黄土背朝天的父老乡亲，又何尝不是这样的遭遇呢?</p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-bottom: 8px;text-indent: 2.21428em;">于是，莫良明心头灵光一现：为什么我不能成立一个收购农产品的公司呢？把周边农户的农副产品收购过来，直接送到需求量大的企业、单位去，这样既解决了农户的担忧，又满足了企业的需求，一举两得。</p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-bottom: 8px;text-indent: 0em;"></p><p 2.21428em;">“既然要做，就要做到最好最优。”为了做市场调查，他跑到城区各大市场了解农副产品的购销情况，到生产基地和农户家中了解大家的诉求愿望。看不见，他就听，多听多想，那段时间他几乎把福州、厦门和漳州沿海一线跑了个遍，有时凌晨三四点钟就蹲守在各大农贸市场，了解农副产品供需情况和基本操作流程，掌握大城市农副产品供需情况。</p><p 2.21428em;">福建千金诺生鲜配送有限公司从最初的租赁厂区和库房，再到完善整个生鲜的配送链，莫良明都经过了全盘的规划和仔细的论证。“我们正在做一个福清人从未尝试过的行业——生鲜农副产品配送。从田间到餐桌，我们要做最安全、最放心、最值得信赖的企业，把新鲜、安全的农产品派送到各个学校、企业和部队中去。”</p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-bottom: 8px;text-indent: 2.21428em;">2014年公司发展迅猛，营业额由2012年的200万元一下跃升到4800万元，经营业绩填补了福清生鲜农产品配送行业的空白。</p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-bottom: 8px;text-indent: 2.21428em;">2015年莫良明决定进一步推进生鲜供应链体系建设，以“为人处事清清白白、烧菜做饭干干净净”为经营理念，积极投身团餐管理项目，成立餐饮管理公司。至2020年底，团餐年营业额已达1800万元，公司旗下的餐厅食堂向社会提供了将近100个就业岗位。</p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-bottom: 8px;text-indent: 2.21428em;">2019年，公司在莫良明的带领下着力于转型升级，积极参与智慧农贸市场提质升级改造，努力探索构建智慧农贸市场管理新体系，并已取得一定成效。农贸市场作为生鲜供应链体系中重要的一环，是民生工程中的重要组成部分，肩负着社会和国家对农贸资源调配的基础作用，更关系着市民的“菜篮子”。千金诺公司在两年内连续取得三家农贸市场经营权并对市场进行智慧化改造，改造后共计摊位店面578个，就业人员将近1500人，年销售量过10亿元。</p><p 2.21428em;">生鲜农产品供应链的创新完善直接影响生鲜农产品的流通效率与安全，影响农民收入和农业发展，是实施乡村振兴战略、实现农业发展、农民增收和农村繁荣的重要手段。为完善供应链管理体系建设，莫良明于2019成立伊篮鲜信息科技公司，全力打造一个开放、创新的数字化生鲜农产品智慧供应链服务平台，为公司各项业务提供支撑。平台将整合种植、养殖基地、食品加工厂、农贸市场商户、采购供应商、食堂采购方等，初步实现了农产品B2B2C的产业链流通和服务。</p><p
