background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">　　2.报名人报送的征集方案必须包含报价（报价必须包含所有辅材、安装调试费、运输搬运费、税费等，不得另行再单列。征集的方案允许体现品牌（以便结合使用需求选择性价比高的商品），提供的纸质材料（以上招标（服务）货物一览表填写单价）不得用体现公司信息的纸张，统一用A4纸张双面打印（效果图、设计图纸允许另外用纸），不得体现公司名称、不得加盖公司公章、不得体现联系人及联系方式及地址、不得做任何记号等（评审时编“评审码”），否则方案无效；报名人必须将纸质方案用档案袋或其它包装密封牢固，封面四角允许盖章，封面需体现公司名称、联系人姓名及公司电话、联系人手机号码等基本信息。<o:p></o:p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 24pt;
