245);"><strong>聚焦机制创新。</strong></span>把制度建设贯穿创建全过程，建立起了日巡查、周督查、月测评等工作机制，创新打造了“步行查创城、骑行看文明”行动等工作载体，进一步建立健全“市四套班子领导和市直单位挂钩重点路段和重点社区、各察看点责任单位包点定人、镇村分区包片”点线面相结合的网格化管理工作机制。坚持科技赋能，运用“智慧城市”理念，在全省率先建立起创城管理系统APP。利用遍布全市的287个网格，通过智能手机终端，做到不文明现象的实时巡查，任务工单的实时派发，和相关责任单位进行实时处置。系统运行至今，共受理各类城市管理案件54万余单，办结率达99.8%，有效提升了创城工作效能。</p></section><section
