冬至时节,药膳养生

蔬、果合理搭配。冬季可适当多食温补性食物,如羊肉、牛肉、鸡肉、腰果、山药、栗子、核桃等。同时也要多吃新鲜蔬菜以避免维生素的缺乏,如:多吃白萝卜、胡萝卜、青菜、豆腐、木耳、番茄、藕、白菜等。</p><p>
