关于工作的去留，公司给了2套方案，个人觉得都不是好选...

<p><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">&nbsp;2005年入职现在的公司，随着 公司的发展壮大 ，能力 普通的我逐渐跟不上企业进步的 节奏。被危机 感困扰的我终于 收到了公司的非正式通告 （基于个人能力和精力）。</span><br style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"/><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;方案 1：主动辞职，公司给予适当补助（初步沟通后对 金额非常 不满 ，和辞退/开除的 差距悬殊 ）。</span><br style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"/><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;方案 2：不主动辞职 ，调岗 降薪都是我会面临的状况。</span><br style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"/><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 人到中年，突然要失业，稍微有些茫然 ，但是 也能接受，毕竟能力和精力不能跟和小年轻 们掰手腕 了 。两套方案个人觉得都对我很不友好 ，该做怎么样的选择 ，请朋友们指点 。</span></p><link rel="stylesheet" href="//www.fqlook.cn/source/plugin/wcn_editor/public/wcn_editor_fit.css?v134_RC4" id="wcn_editor_css"/>

让企业辞退你，你可以拿到补助，然后去申请失业金，钱不到位去咨询法律援助，反正那个打电话过去都是免费咨询的
