padding: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">收到回复“理解,身体是第一位的”,可视为部门负责人同意原告的请假申请。</strong></span>虽然按照被告单位的《休病假管理规定》的规定,遇突发情况,原告应当同时向行政人事部及部门负责人电话备案,原告没有同时向行政人事部负责人电话备案,在履行请假程序上存在瑕疵。但原告提供的门诊收据、疾病诊断书证实原告于2019年7月1日确因身体不适去医院诊疗的事实。故不宜认定原告2019年7月1日未履行请假手续无故缺勤(旷工)。</p><p style="margin: 0px 8px;
