background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> （二）参加竞买申请方式：参加拍卖的竞买人申请竞买登记时间2021年6月9日至2021年6月15日（其间逢规定的假日除外）工作时间内，到福清市音西街道福人路6号行政服务中心509办公室向福清市公共资源交易服务中心提交书面申请，并提交有效的营业执照、法定代表人证明、身份证（或护照）、《现场踏勘确认书》、资金来源承诺书等。交纳竞买保证金的截止时间为2021年6月15日下午5点。经审查，申请人按规定交纳竞买保证金，具备申请条件的，福清市公共资源交易服务中心将在2021年6月15日下午5点前确认其竞买资格。</p><p style="line-height: 32px;
