62);">根据《福建省乡村振兴试点示范专项资金管理办法》（闽财农【2020】4号）和《关于公布2020年度福建省乡村振兴重点特色乡（镇）和实绩突出村名单的通知》（闽委振兴办【2021】2号）要求，经研究，现下达2020年度福建省乡村振兴重点特色乡（镇）奖补资金1亿元、乡村振兴实绩突出村奖补资金4亿元（具体金额见附件），用于支持乡村产业振兴、补齐农村基础设施、生态环境保护修复和公共服务短板等。收入列“1100252-农林水共同财政事权转移支付收入”科目，支出列“2130199-其他农业农村支出”科目。请按有关规定统筹使用资金，强化资金监督管理。乡村振兴试点示范资金绩效目标另文下达，请做好绩效跟踪管理，切实提高资金使用效益。</span></section><section
