PingFangTC-light;">之后，检察官经调阅全部审判卷宗并细致审查，同时开展外围取证，综合分析，最终认定林某勋、陈某珠、刘某华与刘某为多分配执行款，互相串通，以高利计入本金的方式虚增借款本金，为了达到胜诉目的，协商根据银行流水、汇款凭证等对照时间及金额补写借条，虚构部分借款事实，将并非真实的借款的交易凭证作为证据，从而虚增借款金额，提起民事诉讼，致使人民法院开庭审理并作出调解书，因此<span
