<p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%">贵公司已通过福清市清繁大道东延伸线（长福高速-元海六路）及龙江南路东向延伸线PPP项目（招标编号：FJTP-00091911010101）的资格预审，并被列入投标人入围名单，现邀请贵公司对本招标项目进行密封投标，本项目<strong>不接受</strong>未通过资格预审审查的投标人参与本招标项目的投标。</p>
<p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><strong>1. 招标内容及要求：</strong></p>
<p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%">1.1 招标内容：福清市清繁大道东延伸线（长福高速-元海六路）及龙江南路东向延伸线PPP项目的社会投资人招标。</p>
<p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%">1.2 项目概况：详见《资格预审文件》。</p>
<p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><strong>2. 招标文件领取时间、地点：</strong></p>
<p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%">请贵公司的法定代表人或其授权代理人于2019年5月11日至2019年5月17日（法定公休日、节假日除外）携带授权委托书原件（若为联合体，由联合体牵头人出具，如联合体牵头人法定代表人参加报名，则不需要提交授权委托书，授权委托书格式参照附件一，上述材料均需加盖单位公章），每天上午9时00分至11时30分，下午15时00分至17时30分（北京时间，下同）至福建省招标采购集团有限公司（福州市鼓楼区洪山园路68号招标大厦C座215）报名并购买招标文件。每份招标文件售价人民币500元。</p>
<p style="text-indent:31px;line-height:150%"><strong>3</strong><strong>.投标文件的递交</strong><strong>截止时间、地点（即开标时间、地点）</strong><strong>：</strong></p>
<p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%">3.1&nbsp;递交投标文件的截止时间：2019年5月&nbsp;31 日上午9时00分，递交地点为福清市公共资源交易中心开标室（地址：福清市音西街道福人路行政服务中心），递交方式为当面递交。</p>
<p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%">3.2 逾期送达或不符合规定的投标文件恕不受理。</p>
<p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><strong>4.评标办法：</strong>本项目采用<strong>综合评分法</strong><strong>。</strong></p>
