3 投标人资格要求
<p>3.1 投标人必须具有合法有效的法人营业执照；</p>
<p>3.2 投标人必须具有水利部颁发的 水利部颁发的 水利工程施工监理丙级 及以上监理资质 及以上监理资质；</p>
<p>3.3 业绩要求： 无要求 。</p>
<p>3.4 投标人拟派本工程项目的总监理工程师要求： ①本招标项目不要求项目总监理工程师具有中国水利工程协会颁发的合格有效的总监理工程师岗位证书，但投标人拟派本项目总监理工程师须具有监理工程师资格证书和本监理单位聘任其为总监理工程师的证明材料；②本招标项目不要求监理员具有中国水利工程协会颁发的合格有效的监理员资格证书，但投标人拟派本项目监理员须具有工程类相关专业证书（学历证书或职称证书或注册证书）。 （资格、业绩等）；</p>
<p>3.5 投标人拟派本工程项目监理机构其他人员应满足《其他监理人员最低配备要求表》的要求；</p>
