<p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%">福清马头山、王母山风电场共38台2.5MW风力发电机组通过集电线路接入福清马头山风电场升压站，总接入容量为95MW，随后升压至220kV送入福建电网。升压站位置距福清市约10km。</p>
<p style="margin-right: 3px;text-indent: 31px;line-height: 150%">2.2招标范围：</p>
<p style="text-indent: 32px;line-height: 150%">2.2.1福清马头山、王母山风电场通信设备、数据通信网、调度数据网及电量计费系统设备采购，包含直流-48V通信电源成套设备、录音系统、通信监控、综合配线架、PCM设备、光纤通信设备、数据通信网交换机、路由器、局域网交换机、网络路由器、纵向加密装置及电量计费系统、关口表屏、OMS及光缆等设备采购以及调试技术支持服务。</p>
<p style="margin-right: 3px;line-height: 150%"> 2.2.2投标人应提供上述设备的设计、制造、工厂检验和试验、设计联络会、包装、运输、保险、交货，包括提供对上述设备安装、现场试验、调试和验收的技术指导与监督以及对招标人人员的培训，并提供技术详图和文件（包括调试和试验步骤及操作与维修手册等）。具体内容详见招标文件技术规范书的有关规定。</p>
