<p>3.4 拟派项目经理应具备 水利水电工程专业 专业 / 职称 二级 级注册建造师执业资格和水行政主管部门颁发的安全考核合格证书（B证）；</p>
<p>3.5 业绩要求： 无要求；</p>
<p>3.6 本次招标： 不接受 联合体投标；</p>
