style="text-align: justify;">魏氏家族的创业史始于民国时期。1914年，魏作敏、魏作爱六兄弟在日本福冈县创立“元泰洋行”，成为家族海外商业的奠基者。他持有中华民国与中华人民共和国两本护照，既是历史的见证者，也折射出两岸同根的血脉联系。</p><p style="text-align: justify;">魏作爱曾在家书中写道：“我家世居海滨穷村，兄弟六人相继赴日谋生”，道出了闽籍华侨“以商代耕”的生存智慧。其子魏可英1971年初到香港，先在九龙仓集团的尖沙咀码头当了半年的搬运工，睡过公园、进过工厂，攒足盘缠后，借道香港赴日，与父亲团聚，展现了福清人“敢拼会赢”的精神。</p><p><br/></p><section nodeleaf="" style="text-align: justify;">1989年风波中，不少外资企业纷纷撤资，但魏可英先生仍然坚信祖国的改革开放政策不会改变，在逆境中毅然增资扩产，独资创建了“福建东建地产有限公司”，累计投资20亿元，完成60万㎡旧城改造，以产业报国的形式，融聚华侨力量，被誉为“福州旧改主力军”，获时任省委书记项南高度评价。</p><p style="text-align: justify;">“当时，家父逆势投资700万美元成立东建地产公司，引入港式花园住宅理念，建设玉融花园。秉承诚信经营的闽商精神，聘请福建省建筑设计院为设计单位，福建省六建集团为施工单位，最终第14幢单体建筑荣获‘鲁班奖’，打出了大品牌。”魏文生回忆称。</p><p style="text-align: justify;">魏可英先生在收获事业的同时，还不忘造福桑梓，以十二分的热忱投身家乡公益事业，将一片赤诚的爱心奉献于社会各界，深受社会各界的赞誉。上世纪八九十年代短短十余年时间里，魏可英先生先后在扶贫助残、助学解困、赈济灾民、兴医办学、修桥铺路、文化艺术、老人康乐、海峡两岸经济文化交流等方面慷慨解囊，累计捐款高达1200多万元。值得一提的是，魏可英先生还捐建五一广场骏马雕塑，以行动彰显华侨对祖国的信心。</p><p justify;">作为侨三代，元泰君不断透过侨来结茶缘，透过茶来传侨情。尤其是在对台文化交流方面，元泰茶业以“茶”破题，从赛事到产业，从学术到社区，构建了多层次的对台交流体系，生动诠释了“要红，两岸一起红！要亲，两岸一家亲！”的初心。</p><p style="text-align: justify;">打造两岸茶艺竞技平台，以赛促融。自2007年起，元泰茶业连续18年举办“元泰杯”两岸茶通擂台赛，以红茶盲品、对样比拼等形式，吸引两岸茶人同台竞技。2024年赛事首次设立金门分赛区，30名台胞选手参与角逐，最终2人晋级总决赛。赛事还纳入台湾红茶作为标准样，推动两岸红茶工艺互鉴。</p><p style="text-align: justify;">深耕社区文化互动，培育青年茶缘。2020年起，元泰联合两岸社区交流中心举办节气茶会、香道雅集等活动，吸引台青参与。2025年大暑茶会以传统文化为纽带，促进两岸青年共话茶道美学。此外，元泰励勤职校培养的台籍茶艺师积极参与在两岸的茶事赛事中，成为茶文化交流使者。</p><p style="text-align:
