margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf=""><br/></span></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">(三)为单间租住人数上限或者人均最低租住面积不符合规定标准的住房出租提供经纪服务;</span></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf=""><br/></span></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">(四)代收、代付住房租金、押金;</span></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf=""><br/></span></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">(四)未按照规定办理住房租赁合同备案。</span></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;
