box-sizing: border-box; height: 0px;"></section></section></section></section></section><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">改革开放以来，中国共产党和中国政府始终把解决贫困人口的温饱问题作为重要任务。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">1994年4月3日刘永好等十位非公有制经济代表人士发表了“让我们投身到扶贫的光彩事业中来”的倡议书，共同倡议开展以扶贫开发为主题、以互惠互利、自觉自愿为原则、以帮助“老、少、边、穷”地区开发资源、兴办企业、培训人才为主要内容的光彩事业。对这一顺应时代发展趋势和国家发展战略部署的新生事物，中央统战部和全国工商联 给予了充分肯定和大力支持，迅速确定了把光彩事业“办大、办好、办出 成效”的工作方针，下发了《关于大力推动光彩事业的意见》，成立了以 全国政协副主席、全国工商联主席经叔平为名誉会长，全国政协副主席、中央统战部部长王兆国为会长的中国光彩事业促进会，并采取一系列措施，推动了光彩事业在各地的蓬勃发展。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 0px;
