overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">长期以来，国家和省、市法律法规以及相关政策对国有土地上房屋（包括住宅和非住宅）征收均规定“被征收人可以选择货币补偿，也可以选择房屋产权调换”，但对工业仓储用房（非住宅），我市此前没有成规模建设此类安置房源，因此基本实行货币补偿。为了满足企业安置需求，促进房屋征收工作顺利实施，同时留住企业和税收，促进我市经济健康、稳定和可持续发展，有必要细化完善征收工业仓储用房产权调换安置办法。<p style="text-align: justify; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">1. 为了促进工业仓储用房选择实行房屋产权调换，同时兼顾集约用地的原则，《意见》第二条规定：征收工业仓储用房实行房屋产权调换的，原则对接本区范围内的工业园区内国有存量标准厂房统筹安置，不足安置的可实行期房安置或对接其他区工业园区内国有存量标准厂房统筹安置，不需要实行产业准入审核和税收考核。<p style="text-align: justify;
