热搜第一！夫妻家中印制假币被抓！查获大量犯罪证据！

font-size: 16px;">抚州警方发现，这些报案人所在的经营区域大多为乡村的集市，附近缺乏公共场所视频，这给案件的侦破带来一定难度。正当警方一筹莫展时，一个新的报案线索引起了警方的注意，报案人称她在一家农贸市场，有一名女性到这里来花了假币。附近正好有一个视频采集探头，记录了整个交易过程。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.6em;"><br/></section><section style="line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0.5px; font-size: 16px;">“首先，嫌疑人先给一张真币给老人家，老人家验了之后，没问题，嫌疑人又谎称又有零钱，把真币拿回来了，拿回之后，又说零钱不够，再把假币给老人，让老人找零。”江西省抚州市公安局经侦支队二大队大队长陈浩告诉记者。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.6em;"><br/></section><section style="text-align: center;line-height: 1.6em;"></section><section style="line-height: 1.6em;"><br/></section><section style="line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0.5px; font-size: 16px;">警方经过初步摸排发现，抚州临川、东乡、金溪、南城、宜黄、崇仁、乐安等多个县区，上千人受骗，为全面摸清作案方式和假币来源，经侦支队将该线索提级研判，并联合抚州市公安局指挥中心、网安、技侦、科信等多警种会商，与属地派出所实时开展落地核查。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.6em;"><br/></section><section style="line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0.5px; font-size: 16px;">通过大量的摸排，<strong>警方很快锁定了有多次使用假币的前科人员何某龙、徐某花夫妇。</strong>法网恢恢疏而不漏，何某龙夫妇二人很快落网，并在其家中找到了大量犯罪证据。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.6em;"><br/></section><section style="line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0.5px; font-size: 16px;">两名嫌疑人落网后，警方立即对其家中进行依法搜查，现场查扣假币15张，以及制作假币所使用的油墨、打印机、裁纸刀等作案工具。此外，还发现了部分纸张，以及大量小面额人民币。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.6em;"><br/></section><section style="line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0.5px; font-size: 16px;">“一元、两元、五元、十元，还有二十元、五十元的都有，总数额达到了20多万元，当时我们清点这些赃款就花了4个多小时，从现场查获的纸张、打印设备与受害人所收到的假币，都高度相似，这也从侧面证实了两人印制假币的犯罪事实。”刘涛接受采访时表示。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.6em;"><br/></section><section style="line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0.5px; font-size: 16px;">随着何某龙夫妇的到案，更多印制假币并销售的细节浮出水面。“他们首先会确定哪个农贸市场是赶集日，清晨驱车赶往这个农贸市场。夫妻双方进行伪装，<strong>通过买菜找零的方式，使用假币，每天使用量大概在300—3000不等。基本上印多少，花多少，不留存假币</strong>，这也体现了他们有一定的反侦察能力。”陈浩表示。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.6em;"><br/></section><section style="line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0.5px; font-size: 16px;">根据《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百七十一条之规定：伪造货币的，处3年以上10年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金；其中，伪造货币集团的首要分子；伪造货币数额特别巨大的；有其他特别严重情节的将处以10年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑，并处罚金或者没收财产。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.6em;"><br/></section><section style="line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0.5px;
