2.1176em;">由考生本人和监护人向招生学校提出申请，经学校初审后报所属教育行政部门审核。县（市）区教育局、市属学校汇总拟认定特殊人才名单，于7月1日前向市教育局提出正式书面申请，经市教育局研究、公示后予以认定、公布。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1176em;"><br/></p><p style="text-indent:
