</section></section></section></section>根据《福建省2025年高校毕业生“三支一扶”计划实施方案》，现将福建省2025年“三支一扶”计划招募有关事项公告如下：一、招募岗位2025年福建省省级“三支一扶”计划招募岗位1070个（详见附件1）。具体岗位信息请登录福建就业网“三支一扶”专区查询（以下简称“三支一扶”专区，网址：<a href="https://www.fj99.org.cn/bys/" data-linktype="2" style="letter-spacing: 1px;">https://www.fj99.org.cn/bys/</a>）岗位专业参照教育部门学科分类执行，专业代码全不匹配的，不可报该岗位。福州市、泉州市、龙岩市、三明市、莆田市市级“三支一扶”计划同步报名（具体详见各有关设区市“三支一扶”计划实施方案或招募公告），报名人员可通过“申报项目类别”“岗位类别”查询“三支一扶”计划省级或市级岗位。省级和市级岗位不能同时报名，只能选择其中一个岗位报名。二、招募对象和条件招募对象为省内全日制普通高校毕业生、省外全日制普通高校福建生源毕业生（不含成人教育培养类别等非本专科全日制高校毕业生），并具备以下条件：（一）思想政治素质好，组织纪律观念强，有理想、有本领、有担当；服从分配，志愿到农村基层从事“三支一扶”工作；遵纪守法，敬业奉献，作风正派；在校期间无违法违纪违规行为。（二）学习成绩良好，具备服务岗位相应的专业知识。（三）往届高校毕业生年龄不超过25周岁（即在2000年7月31日后出生），研究生学历放宽至28周岁（即在1997年7月31日后出生），2025届高校毕业生无此要求。（四）具有正常履行职责的身体条件，保证两年服务期内能正常履职。如不能保证两年服务期的完整性，期满考核将评定为不合格，不享受期满考核合格人员的优惠政策。（五）报名人员须在8月31日前取得毕业证书（研究生放宽至12月31日），报名支教岗位的毕业生应具有相应教师资格证书。若未获得毕业资格和相应证书，将取消“三支一扶”计划派遣资格。（六）符合招募岗位需求的其他条件。已参加过“三支一扶”等基层服务项目的高校毕业生不再列入招募对象范围。在同等条件下，优先招募派遣共产党员毕业生、服务单位所在地生源毕业生和退役大学生士兵、残疾毕业生、少数民族毕业生。三、报名办法（一） 报名时间：2025年4月1日8:00至4月15日17:00，逾期将不再接受报名（请合理安排报名时间，避免集中在最后两天网络拥堵影响报名）。（二）报名方式：2025年福建省“三支一扶”计划报名工作采取网络报名方式。符合招募条件的高校毕业生，在规定的报名时间内登录“三支一扶”专区，进入“三支一扶报名入口”，通过“个人注册”生成的账号、密码登录报名（请通过电脑登录报名，暂不支持手机报名，填报毕业学校和所学专业等信息时，请选择下拉框中选项，确保个人报名信息正确提交至毕业院校。请勿多人共用同一浏览器进行报名，造成报名信息覆盖）。（三）报名材料：报名人员按照招募岗位的资格条件和专业要求，选择一个岗位报名，详实准确地填写报名信息并上传相关材料（上传PDF格式材料每项不超过10M，其他文件不超过100k），同时须选择是否服从调剂到其他岗位。上传资料具体如下：1.个人照片。个人近期一寸免冠照片。2.户口簿。户口簿户主页和个人页。3.资格证书。“支教”岗位毕业生须上传本人教师资格证书，2025年应届毕业生可先提供相关部门出具的成绩单及是否通过考试的结论材料，证书放宽至当年度提交。4.困难状况佐证材料。防止返贫监测对象家庭毕业生、城乡低保家庭高校毕业生、特困人员高校毕业生由系统通过大数据自动比对审核，系统显示“校验通过”的报名人员不需要上传材料。系统显示“校验不通过”但认为自己属于上述困难状况的报名人员，可上传佐证材料，由报考岗位所在设区市和平潭综合实验区人社部门人工复核。未按要求在报名及审查时间内上传相关佐证材料的或上传材料不符合要求的，视为不属于困难状况。人工审核须提供相关材料有：（1）防止返贫监测对象家庭毕业生。提供所在县（市、区）农业农村部门出具的认定材料（须加盖公章），材料上须签注毕业生本人的姓名、身份证号码等信息，明确当前属于防止返贫监测对象家庭。（2）城乡低保家庭高校毕业生。须提供经年审或认证的本人家庭《城乡居民最低生活保障证》（《城乡最低生活保障确认告知书》）或所在乡镇（街道）或县（市、区）民政部门出具的同等效力材料（须加盖公章），材料上须签注毕业生本人的姓名、身份证号码等信息，明确当前属于城乡居民最低生活保障家庭。（3）特困人员高校毕业生。须提供本人《特困人员救助供养证》或所在乡镇（街道）或县（市、区）民政部门出具的同等效力材料（须加盖公章），材料上须签注毕业生本人的姓名、身份证号码等信息，明确当前属于特困人员，享受特困人员救助金。5.获得荣誉（奖学金、奖项）证书。提供本人报名学历在校期间获得校级及以上荣誉（奖学金）、省级及以上赛事奖项证书，作为在校表现情况评分依据（详见《福建省“三支一扶”计划省内/外高校毕业生审核办法》）。6.优先派遣佐证材料。退役大学生士兵、残疾高校毕业生报名人员，请上传《退役大学生士兵证》《残疾人证》作为同等条件下优先派遣依据。四、审查考核（4月16日至5月7日）（一）省内全日制普通高校毕业生。省内全日制普通高校毕业生资格审查和考核评分工作，委托报名毕业生所在高校按照《福建省2025年“三支一扶”计划省内高校毕业生审核办法》开展。（二）省外全日制普通高校福建生源毕业生。省外全日制普通高校福建生源毕业生资格审查工作，由报名岗位所在设区市、平潭综合实验区人社部门和报名人员毕业院校共同负责。考核评分工作，由毕业生本人协助毕业学校的院（系）开展，具体详见《福建省2025年“三支一扶”计划省外高校福建生源高校毕业生审核办法》。<section </section>五、确定派遣人选（6月底前）各有关设区市和平潭综合实验区人社部门根据资格初审、院校考核结果，按照量化评分和招募派遣人选产生办法进行复核并确定初步体检人选。体检人选的名单、时间和地点，通过“三支一扶”专区和各设区市人事人才网公开发布。经体检合格后确定的人选名单报省大中专毕业生就业工作中心备案，经备案无异议后，确定为拟招募人选。拟招募人选名单在“三支一扶”专区和各设区市人事人才网公示3个工作日，公示无异议的，确定为正式招募人员。各有关设区市和平潭综合实验区人社部门组织派遣对象岗前培训，培训结束后派遣“三支一扶”高校毕业生到服务地报到。“三支一扶”高校毕业生到岗服务后，原则上不得调整服务单位。六、相关要求报名人员须认真阅读本公告和省内外高校毕业生报名审核办法，严格按照招募岗位资格条件和专业要求进行报名。报名人员对本人所提交信息的真实性负责，所填信息与岗位要求不符或填报虚假信息的，一经查实，将取消报名和派遣资格。报名人员应及时关注系统反馈的审查信息，在规定时间内修改完善后重新提交。报名过程中遇到的问题和未尽事宜，可向所在院校、各级人社部门咨询。技术问题咨询电话：0591-87540939附件：<a
