color: rgb(171, 25, 66);"><strong>定向生指标比例：</strong></span>“老九所”按当年向福州市区招收普高普通班计划总数的70%作为市区定向生指标，“新四所”按当年向福州市区招收普高普通班计划总数的35%作为市区定向生指标，新增福州华侨中学、福州金山中学等2所一级达标学校按当年向福州市区招收普高普通班计划总数的20%作为市区定向生指标。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（三）调整原因</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">1.根据中央和省委有关“加快农业转移人口市民化”的工作要求，推动符合条件的随迁子女义务教育等享有同迁入地户籍人口同等权利，完善涉及随迁子女的中小学、幼儿园招生入学政策。</span></section><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2.2022年10月，福建省教育厅等七部门印发《福建省“十四五”县域普通高中发展提升行动方案》（闽教基〔2022〕43号），要求完善优质普通高中指标到校招生办法，到2025年各地分配比例应逐步提高到不低于70%。定向生比例调整部分已于2024年提前预告。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><br/></p><section style="text-indent: 0em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">二、供需批</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（一）原政策</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">第三批中等职业学校录取结束后，启动供需批录取，普通高中、五年制高职、中等职业学校供需批均设置3个梯度志愿，“3+4”中本贯通批设置1个志愿。有剩余招生计划的公民办普高、五年制高职、中等职业学校根据供需批志愿按照分数从高分到低分择优录取。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（二）拟调整政策</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">新增供需第一批（普高）：<span style="font-size: 16px;
