line-height: 1.75em;"><strong>记1分—3分的情形针对轻微违法违规行为，</strong></span>主要包括：<span style="caret-color: red;">（1）所在医药机构或科室受到要求支付违约金的协议处理，该人员负有责任的；（2）公立医疗机构相关人员在执行药品耗材集采时，无正当理由使用高价非中选产品，被医保部门通报的。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 15px;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;"><span style="color: rgb(5, 115, 175); line-height: 1.75em;"><strong>记4分—6分的情形针对一般违法违规行为，</strong></span>主要包括：所在医药机构或科室受到医保部门依据《医疗保障基金使用监督管理条例》第38、39条作出行政处罚，该人员负有责任的。<br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 15px;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;"><span style="color: rgb(5, 115, 175); line-height: 1.75em;"><strong>记7分—9分的情形针对较重违法违规行为，</strong></span>主要包括：为非登记备案相关人员，或登记备案状态异常的相关责任人员冒名提供医保基金结算。<br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.1875em;font-size: 16px;"><span style="color: rgb(5, 115, 175);
