印尼“大佬”郭说锋：立志环保慈善的华人工商鉅子

2em;">“穷则独善其身，达则兼济天下”。这句话出自《孟子·尽心上》，意思就是：当自己穷困潦倒不得志的时候要管好自身的道德修养，而在得志，飞黄腾达的时候，也要让天下人得到好处。<br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">郭说锋说，这句话一直是我的座右铭，也是我毕生的追求。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">2023年12月，著名环保人士、印尼AG（Artha Graha）集团总裁郭说锋在接受新华社记者专访时说，“印尼有1000多万华人，因为聪明勤奋，普遍比较富裕。但印尼有2.7亿人口，虽然资源丰富，至今还相当落后。我认为华人应该回馈当地社会，帮助印尼不断发展”。</p></section></section><section style="display: 16px;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">郭说锋，祖籍中国福建省福清市新厝镇岭边村，印尼AG集团总裁、著名环保人士、慈善家，也是极具经商天赋、年轻成名的印尼华人企业家。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">1958年，郭说锋出生在印尼雅加达。父亲郭能达，母亲傅秀春，他是家中的老三。当时家里生活困顿，经常饭都吃不饱。在其少年时代，父母就一直告诫说，人穷志不短，年轻人应该去勇敢地闯一闯。以后如果事业有成，应该感恩社会，回馈社会。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">1973年，年仅15岁的郭说锋辍学创业，拿着妈妈攒给他的100美元，怀揣发财的梦想出门闯天下。历经５次失败，终于在27岁时事业步入坦途。经过30年的苦心经营，其创建的AG集团现已发展成为集房地产、金融、农业加工业、矿业、酒店业等多元化产业于一体的著名跨国财团。</p><p style="text-indent: 0em;text-align: center;">（二）</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">事业有成后，我铭记父母教诲，遵循“穷则独善其身,达则兼济天下”古训，我积极服务当地经济社会发展，推动华裔融入当地主流社会。</p><p style="text-align: center;margin-top: 16px;margin-bottom: 16px;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">郭说锋致力于印尼的环保事业，每年出资数百万美元保护当地红树林和海洋湿地资源，仅印尼著名的丹伯灵自然保护区，每年保护管理的费用就超过200万美元。他还设立了颇具国际影响力的苏门答腊虎救援中心，2012年11月26日，中央电视台第4频道“华人世界”，专门讲述了他与苏门答腊虎的故事。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">丹伯灵位于苏门答腊岛东南端，占地450平方公里，是一片热带雨林。1995年，郭说锋第一次来到丹伯灵，发现这片美丽的原始森林正被人盗伐盗猎，周围清澈的海域也有人投毒捕鱼、污染海洋。他觉得内心深处有一种召唤，让他帮助政府来保护好印尼的自然环境。从1998年开始，AG集团出资出力，和当地几千户原居民慢慢谈判，本着双赢的原则，他们逐步迁出了丹伯灵。20多年过去了，如今保护区内只剩下一个村落约150户居民，他们协助AG集团一起保护雨林。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">郭说锋在丹伯灵坚持不懈的努力和取得的环保成就，终于感动了政府。2005年，印尼政府正式认可并支持AG集团管理保护丹伯灵。如今，丹伯灵栖息着不下50多只苏门答腊虎。</p><p style="text-align: center;margin-top: 16px;margin-bottom: 16px;"></p><p style="text-indent: 0em;text-align: center;">（三）</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">在丹伯灵的20多年，尽管经历过无数的甜酸苦辣，但郭说锋认为，最大的收获，还是当地百姓的生活条件和观念的变化。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">郭说锋说，当初，丹伯灵岛上的原居民为了生存，破坏森林、破坏自然，后来能主动体会到要去保护环境，与自然和谐共处，AG的教育和扶贫，终于改变了老百姓的思想和生活状况。丹伯灵的南北，共有3000多户人家，怎样改变他们的想法，让他们和野生动物、森林和自然平衡和谐地发展，成为AG这些年来最大的工作。AG集团为当地百姓开辟一片地，分给每户居民一处房屋、30亩土地，可种植作物、养殖家禽，如果他们的农产品卖不出去，AG集团就以市价收购。</p><p style="text-align: center;margin-top: 16px;margin-bottom: 16px;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">为了丹伯灵和苏门答腊虎能得到更好保护，郭说锋不光长期投入巨额资金，还付出了很多时间和精力。每个月，他都会在保护区至少待上一周，不断与当地各级政府以及百姓进行协调。对于丹伯灵未来和发展，可谓呕心沥血。</p><p style="text-indent: 0em;text-align: center;">（四）</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">郭说锋还在红树林保护方面做了大量工作。印尼是世界上最大的群岛国家，海洋面积近两倍于陆地面积，漫长的海岸线造就了面积可观的红树林和海洋湿地。由红树林关爱论坛管理的AG关爱基金会红树林保护区，位于旅游胜地巴厘岛。每年当地至少迎来５次国际性大会，从机场到高级酒店区，红树林是必经之地。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">多年前，郭说锋经过那里，发现红树林里到处都是垃圾，很不美观。红树林关爱论坛就邀请当地老百姓一起清理垃圾，恢复红树林原来的生态面貌。AG集团每年出资近100万美元保护印尼的红树林。世界著名足球明星、葡萄牙的Ｃ罗，免费为印尼巴厘岛红树林保护担任形象大使，直夸他是好人。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">郭说锋及其AG集团还热心慈善公益事业，设立慈善公益基金会，支持当地政府抗击新冠疫情，赢得了主流社会和当地民众的尊重与赞许。如今，AG关爱基金会属下环保、慈善项目，已影响到印尼190万个家庭的生活。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-top: 16px;margin-bottom: 16px;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">郭说锋说，印尼有1000多万华人，因为聪明勤奋，普遍比较富裕。但印尼有2.7亿人口，虽然资源丰富，至今还相当落后。华人事业有成后，也应该回馈当地社会，帮助印尼不断发展。他是一个印尼出生的华人，生于斯，长于斯，印尼给了自己机会发展，所以一定要回馈印尼社会，让印尼百姓在AG关爱基金会的帮助下慢慢富裕起来，这样他们才会认识到华人是落地生根的族群，不会在自己发展后把他们遗忘。衷心希望更多的华人企业家能认同自己的想法，帮助印尼发展，进而促进印尼和中国的友好关系长远保持下去。</p><p style="text-indent: 0em;text-align: center;">（五）</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">郭说锋说，记得有一首歌叫《我的中国心》，里面唱道，“洋装虽然穿在身，我心依然是中国心……”同样，我身上流的是华人的血，我深以自己是个华人而自豪。</p><p style="text-align: center;margin-top: 2em;">为此，郭说锋一直积极支持和推动印尼与中国的友好交流与往来，推动高层互访。2012年4月26日，他率团回到福建考察，得到时任福建省委书记孙春兰的会见。她说，闽籍华人华侨是福建发展的重要力量。福建正处在经济转型和产业结构调整的关键时期。希望印尼AG集团抓住难得机遇，在发展现代高优农业、海洋高新产业、高端服务业等方面投资福建，在实现企业发展的同时，为家乡建设作出新的贡献。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">2024年11月8日至10日，新就任的印尼总统普拉博沃·苏比延多首次出访，就来到中国，续写中印尼友好交往佳话。随同普拉博沃总统来华来访并一起出席在北京人民大会堂举行的国宴的7位印尼工商界领袖，包括印尼工商会主席Arsjad Rasjid、AG集团总裁郭说锋等人。他们与中国企业签下了100.7亿美元合作项目。</p><p style="text-align: center;margin-top: 16px;margin-bottom: 16px;"></p><p style="text-indent: 0em;text-align: center;">（七）</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">郭说锋说，我的祖籍在中国福建省福清市新厝镇岭边村。听老一辈人说，他们在240多年前的清乾隆丁丑年（1757），从惠安县蜂尾郭厝迁徙到今福清新厝界下村“大社”地方。我的祖先是唐朝大名鼎鼎的汾阳王郭子仪，他的丰功伟绩，一直鼓励我们子孙兢兢业业、勤勤恳恳，在各行各业展露头角，在海外赫赫有名。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">郭说锋说，一直以来，他与家乡的父老乡亲一直保持着紧密的联系，也曾多次回到福清寻根省亲，受到家乡党委政府和人民的盛情接待。郭说锋多次表示，如果祖国人民有需要，他都会积极捐款捐物，支持家乡的建设。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">近20年来，AG集团向汶川地震、玉树地震、雅安地震灾区捐献巨资，支持家乡福建抗击新冠疫情，为增进中印两国友谊做出了重要贡献。</p><p style="text-align: center;margin-top: 16px;margin-bottom: 16px;"></p><hr style="border-style: solid; border-right-width: 0px;
