break-all;">2007年，22岁的王楷璋大学毕业后，毅然加入了父亲创办的南京王氏食品有限公司，从基层食品研发员做起。他凭借对食品行业的热爱，逐步参与到公司核心产品的研发项目中，近8年的基层工作让他积累了丰富的行业经验和技术能力。受家庭影响，王楷璋怀揣着推动本土食品行业发展的抱负，2015年，他担任公司副董事长，开始全面施展自己在食品研发和企业管理方面的才能。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;word-break: break-all;">王楷璋将现代化管理理念与传统食品制作工艺相结合，带领团队不断创新产品。他重视研发，针对市场对健康食品的需求，带领团队开发出一系列低糖、低脂、高纤维的健康食品，引领了当地食品行业的健康发展潮流。同时，他积极推动企业的绿色发展，在生产过程中逐步采用可降解包装材料，减少对环境的影响，为行业可持续发展贡献力量。</p><p style="text-indent: break-all;">在社会责任感方面，王楷璋始终秉持着回馈社会的理念。2020年南方洪涝灾害期间，他组织公司员工加班加点生产食品物资，捐赠价值50余万元的食品送往受灾地区，保障受灾群众的基本生活。他还多次走进校园、社区开展食品安全科普讲座，普及食品安全知识，提高公众食品安全意识。不仅如此，王楷璋心系教育事业，分别向南岭镇和港头镇捐赠3万物资用于爱心助学，助力两地学子追逐知识梦想；在关爱特殊群体上，他也毫不吝啬，捐赠3万物资用于爱心助残，为残疾人群体送去温暖与关怀，帮助他们更好地融入社会。</p><p
