10px;"><strong>二、补贴范围和标准</strong></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 10px;">对个人消费者交售报废老旧电动自行车并换购合格新车的，给予一次性以旧换新补贴<span style="color: rgb(2, 103, 166);text-shadow: none;"><strong>500元</strong></span>；对交售报废老旧锂离子蓄电池电动自行车并换购铅酸蓄电池电动自行车的消费者，额外再给予<span style="color: rgb(2, 103, 166);text-shadow: none;"><strong>200元</strong></span>补贴。</p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 10px;">每位消费者可享受1次补贴，2024年已享受电动自行车以旧换新补贴的个人消费者，2025年可继续享受1次补贴。</p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em;">用于参加以旧换新活动的电动自行车新车，应具有符合现行强制性国家标准的产品合格证、强制性产品认证（CCC）证书。</p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><br/></p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-bottom: none;"><strong>“立购立减”</strong></span>模式，个人消费者在活动平台实名认证，登记收旧信息并领取补贴资格，在参与商家完成收旧、购买符合条件的电动自行车新车，在支付环节按补贴标准直接抵扣补贴金额。</p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: 10px;"><span style="caret-color: red;">销售商家完成交易后，在平台提交</span><span style="color: rgb(2, 103, 166);text-shadow: none;"><strong>“收旧”</strong></span><span style="caret-color: red;">和</span><span style="color: rgb(2, 103, 166);text-shadow: none;"><strong>“售新”</strong></span><span style="caret-color: red;">相关凭证。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 10px;"><span style="caret-color: red;">回收的电动自行车旧车完成回收拆解后，由回收拆解企业上传旧车车架号及旧车已规范处置的相关凭证。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;">拆解企业上传相关凭证后，系统自动匹配该补贴各环节提交的信息推送到审核平台，经各地市商务部门审核无误，向商家核销补贴。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;"><br/></span></p><section data-role="outer"
