style="font-size:16px;">各市、县（区）退役军人事务局、财政局，平潭综合实验区退役军人事务局、财政金融局：</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.21428em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">根据退役军人事务部、财政部《关于调整部分优抚对象等人员抚恤和生活补助标准的通知》（退役军人部发〔2024〕46号）精神，经省政府同意，决定从2024年8月1日起调整部分优抚对象等人员抚恤和生活补助标准。现就有关事项通知如下：</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.21428em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">一、提高残疾军人（含伤残人民警察、伤残预备役人员和民兵民工、其他因公伤残人员）的残疾抚恤金、烈属（含因公牺牲军人遗属、病故军人遗属）的定期抚恤金、红军失散人员和在乡复员军人的定期生活补助金，调整后的标准见附件，调标所需经费由中央财政负担。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.21428em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">二、调整带病回乡退伍军人的生活补助标准，</span><span style="color:#0573af;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">每人每年增加378元，达到每人每年10068元。</span></strong></span><span style="font-size:16px;">中央财政对我省的补助标准为每人每年3936元；地方财政补助标准为每人每年6132元。地方财政负担的经费，省、市、县三级按7：2：1的比例分担。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.21428em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">三、提高部分参战退役人员（含原8023部队退役人员、其他参加核试验军队退役人员和参与铀矿开采军队退役人员）生活补助标准，</span><span style="color:#0573af;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">每人每年增加504元，达到每人每年11724元</span></strong></span><span style="font-size:16px;">。中央财政对我省的补助标准调整为每人每年4236元；地方财政补助标准为每人每年7488元。地方财政负担的经费，省、市、县三级按7：2：1的比例分担。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.21428em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">四、对居住在农村和城镇无工作单位、18周岁之前没有享受过定期抚恤金待遇且年满60周岁的烈士子女（含建国前错杀后被平反人员的子女）提高生活补助标准，</span><span style="color:#0573af;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">每人每年增加492元，达到每人每年8772元。</span></strong></span><span style="font-size:16px;">调标所需经费由中央财政负担。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.21428em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">五、对从1954年11月1日试行义务兵役制后至《退役士兵安置条例》实施前入伍、年龄在60周岁以上（含60周岁）、未享受到国家定期抚恤补助的农村籍退役士兵提高老年生活补助标准，</span><span style="color:#0573af;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">每服一年义务兵役每人每年提高32元，达到每服一年义务兵役每人每年补助720元。</span></strong></span><span style="font-size:16px;">此次调整补助标准中，中央财政和地方财政各按上述补助标准的50%安排补助资金。地方财政负担的经费，由省、市、县三级按7：2：1的比例分担。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.21428em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">六、提高建国前加入中国共产党的农村老党员和未享受离退休待遇的城镇老党员的生活补贴标准，调整后的补贴标准为：</span><span style="color:#0573af;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">1937年7月7日至1945年9月2日入党的，提至每人每年11976元；1945年9月3日至1949年9月30日入党的，提至每人每年11064元。</span></strong></span><span style="font-size:16px;">已享受优抚对象抚恤补助的老党员，不执行上述补贴标准，仍按每人每年600元标准发放生活补助。调标所需资金扣除中央负担的25%外，其余部分继续按照《关于做好老党员生活补贴发放工作的通知》（闽委组通〔2006〕70号）确定的分担比例，由省管党费承担60%，省财政承担40%。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.21428em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">七、此次调整所需的中央和省级补助经费另行下达。各级退役军人事务、财政部门要妥善安排应由本级负担的经费，切实加强资金管理，确保及时、准确、足额地将抚恤补助金发放到优抚对象手中。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom:
