2px">5、项目《立项批文》（市政府会议纪要、发改局的项目立项审批文件、自规局的规划许可、施工许可等）；</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2em"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px">6、项目的施工图纸以及配套的施工期间交通组织方案；（相关设计文件电子档发指定邮箱。施工期间交通组织方案说明以下内容：(1)绕行路线、分流路线以及机动车交通组织、慢行交通组织、公共交通组织、停车管理、施工工地出入口设置、工程车辆管理、交通诱导提示措施。(2)标注好交通疏导员，警示、防护等交安设施的具体位置和数量；(3)施工如果分有不同阶段，需分阶段说明；(4)对于重大工程建设项目，特别是中断交通的，建设单位还应当委托具备资质的第三方专业机构开展交通影响评估，并提供《交通影响评估报告》）</span></section><section
