2px">为纵深推进整治我市殡葬领域乱象问题专项行动，进一步拓展线索收集渠道，切实解决该领域涉及群众切身利益的痛点难点堵点问题，市民政局、公安局、卫健局从即日起面向社会征集殡葬领域乱象问题线索，接受群众监督举报。欢迎社会各界、广大人民群众本着实事求是的原则进行监督，积极提供相关问题线索。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px">二、举报对象</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px">全市社会殡葬服务机构和殡葬行业从业人员。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px"><br/></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px">三、举报范围</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;color: rgb(0, 122, 170)">（一）社会殡葬服务机构及其从业人员的乱象问题</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px">1、打着官方旗号推销殡葬“一条龙服务”，将各项服务打包收费，变相收取高额费用。以找关系为由，向丧者家属收取中介费、好处费。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px">2、侵占、挪用、截留、套取项目建设和财政奖补资金，在建设工程项目承发包、殡葬设备采购、殡葬用品采购及销售、殡葬服务等事项上为他人谋取利益并收受财物。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px">3、强制买卖商品或者服务，涉黑涉恶，争抢尸源，侮辱尸体，买卖尸体或者尸体器官、组织。非法使用改装车辆从事遗体接运服务。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px">4、在遗体接运、存放、告别、火化和安葬等过程中借机刁难群众、吃拿卡要。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px">5、未认真执行收费公示制度，擅自设立收费项目、提高收费标准、扩大收费范围及强制捆绑服务收费，限制丧属自带合法殡葬用品。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px">6、未经审批冒充正规殡葬服务机构擅自提供遗体存放、整容、守灵、祭奠等涉及遗体的殡葬服务；鼓惑丧属大操大办或者进行迷信活动，殡葬用品价格虚高。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;color: rgb(0, 122, 170)">（二）各医疗机构及其工作人员的乱象问题</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px">7、违规开具《居民死亡医学证明（推断）书》。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px">8、违规外包太平间。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px">9、倒卖、泄露亡故患者信息。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px">10、在医疗机构内违规开展殡仪服务等行为。</span></p><p style="line-height:
