text;">两个增加</strong>，一是通过货币化安置等方式，新增实施100万套城中村改造和危旧房改造。城中村安全隐患多、居住环境差，群众改造意愿迫切。据有关调查，仅在全国35个大中城市，需要改造的城中村就有170万套，其他城市也有改造的需求。全国城市需要改造的危旧房有50万套。这次提出的新增实施100万套，主要是对条件比较成熟、通过加大政策支持力度，提前干、抓紧干。这次主要采取货币化安置的方式，更有利于群众根据自己的意愿和需要来选择合适的房子，减少或者不用在外过渡，能够直接搬入新居。同时，也有利于消化存量商品房。</span></section><section
