style="margin-bottom: 15px;">接近年末，曹宇华仍然在忙碌地给新学员上课，在采访提纲发送数小时之后，曹宇华回复道：“不好意思，我刚下课，马上就看您的问题。”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;">“提升自己的认知，行行出状元，女性在各行各业都可以作出卓越的贡献。”曹宇华告诉封面新闻记者，提升自身的能力，勇于接受新事物，不断学习和相信自己可以做到，用自己的努力获得精神和经济独立，都是女性在新的时代背景下，追寻属于自己光芒的重点。</p><section style="text-align: center;margin-bottom: 8px;"></section><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;">2008年，从热能与动力工程专业毕业后的曹宇华来到中核集团福清核电基地工作。与此同时，采用M310技术的福清核电首台机组刚刚开工建设，按照专业，她被分到运行班，即“黄金人”的预备队伍。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;">“黄金人”是确保反应堆安全运行的一道重要屏障，日常工作主要包括控制机组、系统和设备状态，并负责组织现场各岗位运行人员实施运行操作和检查活动等。因责任重大，“黄金人”岗位的选拔工作格外严苛，至少需要3年时间、逾40余门课程的学习，并须完成现场实践、模拟机培训等。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;">“‘黄金人’的考试时间一般持续两三个月，包括现场考试、模拟机考试和笔试。考前那段时间最难熬。”虽过去许久，但对这段经历，曹宇华记忆犹新。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;">严苛的学习经历并没有让曹宇华退缩。在取得了VVER技术的操纵员资格后，她又马不停蹄地进入M310技术的培训学习。3年过后，如愿以偿，曹宇华成功获得了M310操纵员和高级操纵员资格。</p><p>“女性有很强的韧性，往往在面对困难时只要说服自己去坚持，都可以克服困难，高质量完成任务。在职场中，我觉得女性要发挥自身柔韧的性格特点，不断放大自己的优点，提升自己在职场某一方面的专业特长，保持自己的竞争力。”曹宇华告诉封面新闻记者。</p></section><section style="margin-bottom: 15px;">2018年，“华龙一号”首批操纵员培训正式开始，曹宇华经过初选考试，顺利成为一名学员。她也因此成为“华龙一号”全球首堆的首位女“黄金人”。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;">薪火相传，时间步入2020年，曹宇华转入培训处，成为一名专职模拟机培训教员，即培养“黄金人”的老师。 从自己操作到教会他人操作，这种角色身份的变化让曹宇华的工作重点发生了改变，而不变的则是她对工作一贯严谨、专注的态度。</p><section style="text-align: center;margin-bottom: 8px;"></section><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;">“在工作中，找准方向发力，每年都应该有新收获，用这个‘新收获’保持自己的竞争力，同时获得成就感。尽量平衡工作和生活，工作、生活哪一方面更出众一些不重要，但是任何一方面出众都应该是减少内耗的方式。”曹宇华说。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;">面对新一轮科技革命和产业变革，全球女性应勇立时代潮头。在数字化时代背景下，科技如何赋能职场女性？在曹宇华看来，数字化时代，要求每个人必须转变固有思维，接受转变，迎接转变，实现转变。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;">“我是一名核电‘黄金人’的模拟机培训教员，目前我们在组织开发‘操纵人员智能培训系统’，目的是提升培训流程化工作，提升教员授课效率的同时也能更好地实现对操纵人员基本功和行为规范的精准评价，指导教员对操纵人员制定更精确的能力提升行动。”曹宇华说。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;">截至目前，曹宇华所在的福清核电，已累计培养出100余名“华龙一号”操纵员，为我国“华龙一号”机组的发展储备了人才力量。</p><p>如何定义“她力量”，曹宇华想了想告诉封面新闻三个关键词：自信，独立，踏实。“自信是相信‘相信’的力量，精神独立和经济独立是能完成一件事情的基础，踏实是实现目标最可贵的品质，不会半途而废。”</p></section></section><p></p><p
