style="font-size:16px;">（一）提高政治站位。教师是立教之本、兴教之源。各地要充分认识尊师惠师工作的重要意义，切实增强责任感、使命感，想教师之所想，急教师之所急，为教师做好事、办实事、解难事，不断增强教师获得感、荣誉感、幸福感，吸引更多优秀人才热心从教、精心从教、长期从教、终身从教。</span></p><p
