15px;">我们常说的“老寒腿”其实是膝关节骨性关节炎,是一种膝关节的退行性疾病。主要临床表现为膝关节疼痛、肿胀及活动受限,主要病理表现为膝关节软骨的纤维化、磨损、剥脱等伴发滑膜充血水肿及骨赘增生等。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">据不完全统计,我国 60 岁以上人群发病率为 50%,75 岁以上人群高达 80%,全国大概有 1.2 亿人遭受膝关节骨性关节炎疼痛的困扰。研究显示膝关节骨性关节炎患者中,近 20% 会伴随焦虑及抑郁症状,是导致全世界中老年人生活质量降低和经济负担加重的重要原因。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">一旦得了膝骨关节炎,膝关节可能会出现以下症状:</span></section><section><section><section><section><section style="margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">1.长期反复疼痛,运动后加重,休息后减轻;</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">2.行走不便,下蹲困难或者蹲下去后站起来很费劲,上、下楼梯疼痛明显或突然活动发生刺痛;</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">3.部分患者还会有所谓的“晨僵”的现象,每天早上起来,腿脚总是活动不开,这种情况还出现在久坐、久站之后,但是一般不会超过半小时;</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">4.活动关节的时候老是有“咔咔响”声音,甚至有走路“打软腿”的情况。在受凉、天气变化或湿度增加或是有寒冷刺激的时候这些症状会明显加重,这也就是老寒腿说法的来源;</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">5.严重的会出现下肢肌肉萎缩,还可因关节积液并发滑膜炎出现关节肿胀。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">6.当关节炎进展到后期就会逐渐出现膝关节伸不直也弯不了的情况,部分患者还会出现明显的“罗圈腿”或者“X 15px;">1.年龄因素:膝关节骨性关节炎发病率随着年龄的增长而增加,关节软骨修复能力逐渐降低。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">2.体重因素:体重的增加会导致膝关节受力不均,关节负荷大,易变形。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">3.职业因素:某些特殊职业人员也容易患膝关节骨性关节炎,如体力劳动者,职业运动员等。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size:
