255);"><strong>当时我分析，回福清至少有两个方面的优势。一是这里靠近元洪港，有深水码头，可以停靠3万吨级大船，再加上高铁、公路等发达的交通条件，可以说区位优势非常明显；二是这里靠近平潭综合实验区，可以充分享受平潭开放开发的红利，大项目的支撑能够给公司业绩提供稳定保障。”何宝平说</strong></span>。福清市一流的营商环境和优质的招商政策，使他迅速完成回归后首家企业的工商注册手续，当月鸿生公司就高效落址福州新区元洪功能区。然而，事情并非一帆风顺。鸿生建材有限公司所在地块原是一片滩涂地，填方、平整、厂房建设等工作几乎从零起步。“有一段时间，一到下雨天，员工们都是撑着伞、穿着雨鞋上班。”何宝平回忆道，他一边带领施工队伍夜以继日地紧张施工，一边订购、安装生产设备，推进项目建设提速增效。功夫不负有心人，2013年10月，第一条管桩生产线正式投产。项目投产了，产品的优势在哪里？多年的摸爬滚打和技术积累，让鸿生的产品在业界拥有良好的口碑，公司生产的海工混凝土，是深圳盐田港国际码头长期唯一的合作商，按照英国标准制造，设计寿命150年；深圳万科中心所使用的清水混凝土，由鸿生独家提供（清水混凝土是以拆模后的混凝土面为装饰面，不需要任何二次装修的混凝土）。来到福建，鸿生的研发团队又研发出了高强混凝土管桩、方桩产品，填补了国内外行业技术的空白。“福建靠海，沿海地区施工具有海底淤泥松软、腐蚀性高等特点，我们的产品能够很好地适应这样恶劣的条件，不仅抗腐蚀、耐久性好，而且稳定性强。”鸿生公司副总裁说道。优质的产品，让鸿生迅速成为福建基础建材市场的生力军。公司刚运行不久，就被福清万达广场选中为混凝土供应商，8个月内完成了25万立方米混凝土的供应。如今，鸿生生产的商品混凝土、管桩等产品，不仅供应长乐中储粮、福州京东方等重点项目，还成为福平铁路项目独家中标产品。</span><span
