1px;">看着被围成半圈的摊贩，队员并未立即上前制止，而是等这一波人流散去，才与老板攀谈起来：“老板，天气这么冷还出来卖菜呀，看起来生意不错哦，但是这地上的烂菜叶子看着也不少呀。”老板不好意思地挠了挠头，保证马上就把垃圾清理干净，又不由向队员解释起来：“这个小小的菜摊是全家五口人唯一的生计来源，平时都是等菜卖完再统一清理垃圾，下次会注意的。”借此机会，队员也耐心地向老板讲解占道经营的危害，并告知不远处有城管部门专门设置的临时售卖点，可免费摆摊。在循序渐进的劝说下，老板欣然配合，队员也一起帮忙搬运货物、打扫现场，直至摊位整洁有序地撤离。</span></section><section 1px;">事情发生在海口镇元华路牛宅村，当时队员发现有一位小姑娘在拥挤的车流中艰难地推着电动车。此时正值上班高峰期，队员连忙上前询问是否需要帮助。小姑娘愁眉苦脸地说：“我刚过红绿灯，车就没电了，这里离我家还有好几公里远，实在不知道该怎么办了。”考虑到附近没有充电站，队员便提议先将电动车推到镇政府停车场充电。由于该路段坡道多且缺乏专业拖车设备，队员主动要求推车。</span></section><section 1px;">行动首先利用无人机进行巡查拍摄，对难以触及或易忽视的区域进行重点排查，确保垃圾清理无遗漏。队员依据无人机提供的定位和影像资料，或手持袋子，或手握棍子，深入干厝口江心岛、高架桥下等死角位置进行人工打捞收集。过程中捡拾不少长年累月堆积的不明垃圾，刺鼻的气味却阻挡不了大家手上的动作。劳动虽艰辛，成果却甘甜，三天的努力共清理出各类垃圾300余吨，龙马车垃圾清运37车次，让净土重回人们视野，也让这个冬天的斑斓色彩变得清晰可见。</span></section><section
