福州出台新规！事关电动自行车

170);"><strong>住宅建筑架空层不得作为停车空间使用，仅作为公共休闲绿化等开敞空间。</strong></span>当电动自行车停车设施设置于地下室时，不得设于地下二层及以下，并应设置非机动车（含电动自行车）专用出入口，不得与机动车出入口混合设置。此外，地上非机动车停放场所允许设置高度不大于2.2米的防雨设施，不计建筑密度、不算入计容建筑面积。</span></section><section 170);">（地铁站点周边、商业区、公共绿地、广场、全民健身场所等）</span></strong>设置电动自行车停放场所，不涉及规划调整，<strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170);">免于办理规划许可。</span></strong>同时优化电动自行车停放场所布局设计，<strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 122,
