<h1>企业家不要轻易谈退下来</h1>以下为曹德旺《开讲啦——我的时代答卷》演讲全文：面对全国的青年才俊演讲确实有压力，做也难做，因为我是企业家，讲什么呢，我只能讲故事，而且不能讲过头，过头了人家会认为我在吹。因此我今天跟大家分享我们民营企业40年对国家的贡献和国家对民营企业的帮助。讲个我最早的故事。1978年改革开放，我今天顺便再跟大家分享一下，我见过改革开放，当时吃的、用的东西都凭票，没有一件事情不要票的。邓小平同志在这时提出改革开放。改革开放刚刚提出的时候只是农村先开始，小岗村联产承包制解决农村吃粮问题。1983年《一号文件》里有一个条款，允许乡镇企业亏损了可以承包给个体户经营。1976年我回到高山玻璃厂当采购员，这个厂是一个乡镇办的，投了十几万元在里面，1976年到1982年，六年的时间换了七个厂长，企业一直亏，1983年4月份就包给我了。那一年8个月我赚了二十几万，五个人在那里合资一起包，我的合伙人吵着要把钱分了就走人，我说为什么?他跟我说，你是傻帽。那时候一个人能分两万块是很厉害的，相当于现在几十上百万。他跟我讲，党的政策像月亮，初一十五不一样。他们拿着钱真的走了。1984年只有我一个人，当年就赚了几十万，让我坚定地相信，改革开放的政策是真的。我正想我们企业家要不要自信呢，后来我慢慢组琢磨研究这东西，我发现成功必须自信，没有自信永远不会成功。我总结出，我成功有四个自信。首先必须坚持要政治自信，先学会相信。你如果不相信政府的伟大，国家机构的权威，整天焦虑，你没有办法活下去的。当初中国改革开放，日本卖给中国几十万辆汽车，苏联也卖一批，整个中国变成汽车的万国博览会。一部车卖我们几千美金，一片玻璃卖两三千美金。我看了这太好赚钱了，你等于欺负我们中国人不行。后来上海耀华的厂长跟我讲，曹德旺你个体户可以去做，一个模具做几百遍，做完以后拿到全中国去卖，不就赚钱了吗?从我个人的角度，赚钱是第二位，我认为这个东西中国人必须做。我们十三个股东筹了六百万，把它做起来到今天。中国古代讲的是“三道”，君子爱财取之有道，政有政道商有商道，当老师有师道。商道是什么?必须坚持一种原则，敢作敢当，把责任担待起来，能够在社会里形成的一个影响。1987年我跟人家合资完以后，按合同规定，他接受我们九个人到那里培训。那个时候什么背景?一块美金换一块八元人民币，批文出国的时候一个人每天有七十块美金包括住宿和伙食补贴。国家政策是这样规定的，如果你节省了外汇，在外面买东西回来就给你免税。手表、小收音机，凑起来买大的收音机也给你免税。因此所有带队出去培训的人，大包小包自己带，他们都要带厨房的房间，带米自己煮。在国外的时候会要求供应商请他吃饭带他去玩，钱可以省了拿回来。我把出国培训的人召集起来开会，我跟他们讲，我们非常感激和感恩政府批准我们出国。一个人七十块美金既然够了我们就不要出洋相，在外国人面前丢人现眼。我们把这钱用了，不要拿回来。在国外外国人不知道我们叫什么名字，但是他知道叫我们是中国人。维护国家的国格，中国人的人格是靠每一个出去的中国人去努力，我们在海外的言行举止，要必须让人家夸奖你。我们出去总共培训28天，到20天，我接到他们的通知，对方总裁要请我喝酒，那天晚上很热情地接待了我们。第二天介绍人跟我讲，老板说在这里看到将来为中国人做玻璃的人，因此我请他吃饭喝酒。这句话永远伴随着我，我把它作为激励我一辈子最大的一个奖励品。你说你要不要去维护国家形象?人家是这样看你的。他还交代下去他实验室里有一台设备，他说曹先生拿回去会有很好的效益。看完以后，确实很好，因为我做你维修市场的产品的话，模具省很多钱，问他多少钱，他说180万，我说买不起，后来集团特批，108万卖给我。那台设备买回来后，安装下去几个月时间吧成本收回来，确实效益很好。取得这个结果，就是我告诉员工，要去维护国格，不要出尽洋相。你们将来这些年轻人，真正想成功的话，你要看到行为、格局、形象非常关键。第三个自信是能力自信。2002年，美国跟我打反倾销官司，当初不是我的问题。中国的同行运出去乱卖一通。我自己知道，作为一个出口美国的产品必须尊重他。2002年被起诉了，美国认为这次逮到我了，结果他的工作组进我公司的时候去看我的账号，我们计算机系统打开，你看什么打开给你看，这里的财务制度是非常完整，一个包装箱用多少木材、多少根铁钉、铁钉多长、一斤多少根，我有这个数据，他根本不相信我们做这么细，带你去车间看包装箱。没想到我原来学会计学得那么及时。在这之前，1976年进厂，1983年承包的七年时间里，大多数常驻福州，没有事情干读书的同时学做会计。后来我发现，把会计制度建立完整是非常美的事情，后来在我们1987年办福耀的时候就不断升级会计制度。1999年，就用Oracle(甲骨文)系统，我们信息集成数据的报表都是用这个做的。会计工作对企业起到很大帮助，企业必须把账做完整。一、向国家交代，我卖了多少、赚了多少、应该交多少税;二、向银行交代，我会跟银行介绍经营状况，是赚钱还是不赚钱;三、向股东交代，钱在进来的时候用在什么地方，现在还剩多少，赚还是亏;第四，对自己交代，能显得更加自信。只要把账做清楚，自身干净，你没有东西检，就这样渡过了难关，摆平了反倾销。我跟美国人讲，中国是我的祖国，赡养父母是我的天职，尊重客人也是我的天职，我会遵守你的规矩。我自己的心愿是，我是中国人，是民营企业，我愿意做中美邦交正常化的民间大使，我在这里的企业，你随时都可以来看、来参观，这里也展现出我们中国企业的素养和水平。有的人说曹德旺没有文化，我说你根本就不懂什么叫文化。文化跟知识是“道”跟“术”的区别。你学的会计、计算机应用、机械设计……各种专科，这是“术”，文化是“道”，讲不清楚看不到摸不着，但是无处不在，好像雾化在空气中一样。你要长期积累积淀，沉淀它才能悟到它们。你真正有文化，看问题就跟人家不一样。因此说，做企业必须具备文化自信。文化是一种信仰，一种修行，一种修炼，一种经营的积累，当然也需要技术专业的支持。起心动念，正如我爸讲的一样，决定你的结果的方方面面。我从开始做汽车玻璃，从开始建厂，我立志为中国人做一片玻璃。我跟我员工上课这样讲，这一片玻璃让中国人都用上，用得放心用得开心，质量好便宜才可以达到，这一片玻璃我们卖到国际上，无论是推销展销促销的方式，能够展示中国人的智慧跟水平。高盛的亚太区董事长跟我说，你是我见过最自信的中国人。我说好像是。保证做到敬天爱人，做到不犯天条，不犯众怒，天条我绝对不会犯。众怒就不惹民怨，所有的员工也好，社会各界也好，对曹德旺的评价都很好，这样就是我一生的宗旨。我今天就讲到这里，谢谢你们。(本文来源微信公众号：中国企业家杂志(ID: 尊敬的各位女士、各位先生，大家上午好。很荣幸在这里跟各位见面，让各位认识我。今天参加会议是这样的，刘小稚主席是我的独立董事，我们是多年朋友，她当过福耀的总经理。我欠她的情，她让我参加这个会议，我说好。作为企业家，参加这样的会议很难受，我演讲是不用稿子的。有人说，演讲不用稿子，某种程度是对他人的不够尊重，但这个应该把我除外。因为我的身份很尴尬，我不是官员，官员可以随便说；不是学者，学者可以引经据典地讲很多东西；我是企业家，我做的是玻璃，我今天和你讲玻璃，你肯定说这是生意人，卖玻璃卖到这里来了，你们也不愿意听。我的演讲只是讲我自己，他们觉得有用，可以采纳，觉得没有用，就当没听。演讲不用稿，有一个最大的好处，就是伸缩性强：大家情绪很好，就多讲一点，情绪不好，主持人说时间到了，马上就不讲了。我不用演讲稿，因为我知道我的演讲对大家没有约束力，只是共享一些信息，占用大家的时间，向大家表示歉意。<p 255);">成功最需要的就是自信。自信的能力怎么培养？首先要找到信仰，相信“神”的存在，举头三尺有神明，不应该做的事不要做，不应该说的话不要说。要相信别人，相信天的存在，就是敬天爱人。 <p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;margin-top: 25px;margin-bottom: 0px;outline: 255);">当年我承包工厂的时候，我们是5个人一起承包，一年赚了20多万，有人说这里政策会变，他们整天研究政策的，我也没有话说。他们说毛主席像太阳，照到哪里，哪里亮；党的政策像月亮，初一十五不一样。我说不是政府，而是我们自己不乱来，就不会有问题。结果，84-86年的时候，当时政府开始修理我了，想把我关起来，但是我坚持信念。因为我当时想，他讲的问题不可能存在，我去请了一个专业的会计帮助我做账，从承包第一天就开始做，你说我贪污，我的账在这里。政府还是支持我的，处理了一大批干部，保住了我。我相信，有天、有政府、有法律；我相信我自己不乱来，肯定就不会有问题。<p 255);">信，是要相信法律法规，相信人民，这是起码的基础。我今年71岁了，我非常较骄傲和自豪：我从业40年，只赚主业的钱，不是玻璃的钱，我不要，第二，我没有偷过税、漏过税，也没有去申请补贴。国家的稳定和进步，才会有企业的存在。我相信政府的存在，相信法律的存在，才会严格执行法律法规；我相信公理的存在，才会义无反顾的一直往前走。一个人的自信，体现在遵纪守法，谦虚诚信，敬天爱人。一个人做人做清楚了，做事就比较容易。<p 255);">2008年福耀玻璃股票30几块钱的时候，当时说我是中国排名20几名的富豪了。我认为到时机了，我分一半出来，我有一个基金是国务院特批的慈善基金会，作为试点。目的是为了什么，一个是向社会表示，感谢你们理解我，感激社会对我的帮助，感恩员工跟我一起奋斗。员工也不理解，说为什么不分给我们，我说留一条路给你们走。其他企业和福耀玻璃做生意，他认为有面子，因为你做了这件事情。有很多人来支持你，你就会很淡定，就会一如既往的向前走。 255);">第二个是要有格局，要有境界。这一点我做的也不错，因为我在任何时候，任何事情，我不会想到自己的利益在哪里。比如说我创办福耀玻璃，那时候真心的是想为中国解决一个问题。因为玻璃行业，大企业不做，小企业做不来，处在中间环节。再加上小企业对政府不相信，不是短平快的投资，不干，而我40年坚持做这一件事情。我在承包福耀玻璃之初，当时我自己做的企业一年可以赚100万，我放下自己的生意，去做福耀玻璃的总经理，当时给我的工资是多少钱？400块。几年下来，欠了一屁股的债。我没有考虑自己的利益，只是为中国人做一片玻璃，这个玻璃可以让中国的达官显贵和百姓用起来，用的放心，用的开心。可以代表国家和民族，在国际上无论是展销、推销，可以展示中国人的水平，这是我的心愿。现在福耀玻璃是全球最大的玻璃厂，还不是最强的，但是全球汽车行业对福耀玻璃都非常的器重。<p 255);">我的玻璃，像宾利、宝马、奔驰、路虎都是我的客户。北美除了福特有自己的玻璃厂，其他都是我的客户。我在美国投资，是因为我和通用汽车2010年签订战略协议，答应他从2017年1月1日开始，必须要在美国当地向其供货。他让我赚了6年的钱。现在，在美国我们也很自觉，实际上我这几年没有赚10亿美金，但是我这一次投了10亿美金下去，在5个州成立公司，4个州的工厂投产了。现在4个州的工厂基本上都开始盈利了，但是也碰到一些麻烦，工会盯着福耀，要在我那里成里工会，但是成立一个工会也没有那么容易，员工也要同意。这件事情引起了俄亥俄州当地政府高度重视，俄亥俄州政府参议院和众议院25名议员，联名写信给员工，说要对福耀玻璃坚定信心。我在那边招聘了3000个员工。<p 255);">从这件事情可以看出什么？我进俄亥俄州的时候，跟政府稍微谈了一下，也没有为难人家。因为政府也有很多他的问题，因此，当地各级政府对我是非常尊重的。今天我在德国建厂，现在福耀玻璃在俄罗斯也有工厂。在美国我们还要继续追加投资，现在在美国，是美国最大的汽车玻璃厂，美国那些车厂对福耀玻璃也是刮目相看的，当然也提出了很高的要求。在中国，我们在16个省有企业，中国市场的份额60%多，无论是进口车，还是自主品牌都是用的福耀玻璃。<p 255);">我们提出来，去年国家对福耀玻璃的嘉奖是，福耀玻璃是中国制造2025的试点单位。我和我的员工讲，我们不缺钱，他拨款专款专用，我们不靠这些钱。今年我们就把科研机构拿出去和人家合作，突破智能制造和智能管理的最后一关。这里我们采取了很多办法，我坚定相信，我们会为国家的智能制造，中国制造2025再次做出贡献，我们去探索一条路让大家走。<p
