30.4706px;">（一）</span>经属地市容和环境卫生行政主管部门同意后，允许商品房项目在红线范围内设置临时户外广告，高度不超过5米；允许悬挂楼体宣传条幅，条幅面积不超过设置建筑外墙面总面积的40%；允许商品房项目周边（禁止设置临时户外广告区域除外）设置道旗、桁架指示牌等引导性标识，营造销售氛围。</span></p><p style="max-inline-size:
