福清侨中老师林秀娥的印尼支教故事

正是这份深厚的热情与强烈的责任感，驱使着民盟盟员林秀娥积极响应福清市政府的号召，加入前往印尼支教的外派教师团队。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">2024年7月21日，受福建省侨办委派，林秀娥等四人踏上了跨国旅程，开启了赴印尼泗水新中三语学校为期一年的外派支教生涯。</p></section></section><section style="margin-top: wrap;">新中三语学校是由现任世界福清同乡联谊会主席何文金与东爪哇同仁鼎力合作创办，何文金先生亲自参与学校的决策与管理。该校以“立足本土、放眼世界、传承中华文化”为办学宗旨，是印尼泗水地区以华文教学见长，印尼语、汉语、英语教学齐头并进的三语学校。通过20多年发展，新中目前共有3个校区，实行幼儿园至高中一贯式学制，学校共设有16个年级，在校师生2000余人。</p></section></section><section wrap;">虽在异国他乡，但校园里充满浓郁的中华文化气息，从每周一升旗仪式上全体学生齐声合唱的纯中文新中校歌，到张贴在教学区楼梯台阶处写着“坚毅、勤奋、包容、自律”等字条的中文校训，从每天早晨从小学部流淌出的中文歌谣，到散落在教学区各个角落的学生们的剪纸、国画和书法等极具中国元素的美术作品展，常常让林秀娥恍如置身国内校园。<br/></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">在千岛之国印尼盛传着这样一句话:“凡有华侨处，就有福清人。”泗水是印尼的第二大城市，总人口三四百万，其中华人华侨超过50万。大量的融籍侨胞在泗水聚居，声名远扬，因此人们总是把这里誉作“小福清”。来到新中的第一个周末，何文金主席、林文珠秘书长率公会主席团邀请四位外派老师到泗水福清公会会馆参观，并且在以制作福清家乡菜闻名的明园餐厅设宴接风洗尘，以此表达对故乡来的老师们最崇高的敬意。“这份礼遇不仅仅是海外侨胞念家怀国的赤子深情的外化表达，更是他们对我们来自家乡的四位外派老师的期待和信任。” wrap;">课堂永远是教学的主阵地。“传播好中国声音，弘扬中国传统文化！”“奔赴山海，只为热爱。传播中华智慧，为使命出发。”出国前的美好愿景历历在目，但林秀娥的第一节课却步履维艰。当天晚上，林秀娥就向在此执教多年的外派老师请教。他们也经历过一个词教八遍、十遍还教不会的情形。因为英语、印尼语、马来语，这些拼音文字都没有声调，只有语调，而语调只有两个，就是升和降。而不像汉语，每个字都有一个声调。这也是外国人学习汉语最大的一个障碍。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">为了解决这个难题，林秀娥在教学生读汉字的时候，就会更生动、夸张一些，让他们体会四个声调的不同。尽量纠正长期语言习惯形成的定式思维：要么升，要么降。让他们体会汉语的抑扬顿挫，平仄起伏，婉转悠扬的音乐感，感受到汉语的魅力，从而激发他们学习汉语的兴趣。就这样，她放慢节奏，怀着为了一切孩子、一切为了孩子的信念，一点点地教授引领，尽量<span wrap;">作为外派老师，语言交流也是一大难题。初到新中，虽然学校的华文老师热情地传帮带，让林秀娥很快就熟悉了学校教学环境，但因为不懂印尼语，同当地老师、学生交流较为困难，刚开始只能借助简短的英文单词配合手势比划，不经意间就会闹出笑话。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">为了减少沟通障碍，林秀娥就下载了印尼语软件，挤出时间自学常用的工作与生活用语，平时留意观察学习，初步掌握印尼语的基本发音规律。现在林秀娥已经会主动用印尼语向当地老师打招呼，积极地走近他们，加深与他们的感情。在课堂教学中，当学生遇到陌生的中文词汇与谚语，简单的几句英语作为桥梁就能让印尼学生顿悟，从而激起他们学习中文的兴趣。</p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section><section wrap;">身处异国他乡，离开祖国与亲人，离开熟悉的生活环境，自然是五味杂陈，经常会燃起思乡情愫。“特别是在家里发生事情时，那一份牵肠挂肚的担心和爱莫能助的无力感会直接让人的情绪跌到谷底，”林秀娥就遭遇了这份撕心裂肺的痛——8月31日清晨，林秀娥的先生先生突发心梗在福清医院抢救。“那24小时是我生命里的至暗时刻，”经受了辗转反侧的一个不眠夜后，第二天一早林秀娥向新中校长说明情况提出请假探亲的申请，=立即得到了校方的支持，同时向省侨办领导做了情况汇报，省侨办特事特批，也同意了她的回国申请。但当林秀娥把回国探视的决定告知爱人的时候，遭到了他一口拒绝。“他说‘你执行的是国家任务，不能耽误学校工作，’”林秀娥说，她先生的一席话醍醐灌顶，经与主治医师沟通，获知先生手术后病情已稳定之后，经再三斟酌，她忍着泪悄悄收起了请假条，放下回国探亲的念头，静下心来重新回归到教学中去。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">在获知林秀娥的家庭突发事件之后，民盟福州市委会副主委、民盟福清市委会主委、福清市副市长林鹤志以及福清市人民政府侨务办公室、福清华侨中学学校等单位领导第一时间发来了关切的问候，并到医院探望。“组织和领导的亲切关怀，让我内心倍感温暖。” 林秀娥带着沙哑的声音激动地说，<span style="background-color: rgb(254,
