style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">各级各类学校应严格执行教育收费公示制度，未经公示不得收费。严格执行行政事业性收费目录清单中的教育收费项目，不得擅自增加收费项目，扩大收费范围。校长教育收费公告书的格式及公示时间按原规定执行。城区各级各类学校都要设置《价格服务进校园》专栏，专栏公示的内容，一是收费项目、标准，二是收费政策依据文件，三是收费单位监督与价格监管部门举报电话12315，四是服务性收费及代办费收支及结算情况。各校应注意执行新的教育收费规定并及时更新公示内容。学校收费实行“收支两条线”管理，按照相关规定上缴财政，并及时足额开具规范的收费票据给学生。民办学校收费应开具正式发票，并将收费金额转入规定学校账户。</span></p><p
