尴尬！８月福州房价又跌了

0);">福州：24136元/㎡</span>；泉州：14678元/㎡；宁德：13775元/㎡；莆田：14698元/㎡；漳州：12096元/㎡；三明：11309元/㎡；龙岩：9897元/㎡；南平：8395元/㎡。</p><p></p><p>8月福建9个地级城市市区房价当中，福州位列第二，房价报出24136元/㎡，环比7月下跌686元/㎡，跌幅为2.76%，平均总价249万，环比7月下降4万元。</p><p></p><p>通过上面这张福州房价变化示意图可以看到，福州房价在2024年3月达到高点27499元/㎡之后，连续三个月下跌，终于在7月止跌反弹，但8月重回跌势，仅报出24136元/㎡，再创阶段性低点。</p><p
