福清检察：随意出租银行卡 小心“摊上事儿”

style="text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;margin-bottom:8px;">今年3月，男子仇某经同案人吴某（另案处理）介绍，将银行卡租借给丁某、周某（二人均另案处理）用于转移网络违法犯罪资金，并在银行卡收到一笔5万元的违法犯罪资金后，根据要求协助刷脸、指纹验证将赃款转移。<br/></p><p style="text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;margin-bottom:8px;">然而，仇某转移的上述5万元违法犯罪资金，正是福清的林某被犯罪分子敲诈勒索的部分款项。</p></section></section><section style="margin-bottom:unset;"><section style="margin-top: 15px;"><p style="text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;"><span style="line-height: 2em;">今年3月，家住福清的男子林某遭遇了裸聊诈骗。他下载某交友软件后，一名女子主动添加他。聊了一会，林某发现对方很是热情，主动聊一些暧昧挑逗的话题，两人相谈甚欢并在社交软件中互加了好友。添加好友后，林某在对方的指引下，下载了某软件（带有木马程序，已经获取了林某通讯录和相册内的所有信息）。随后，该女子还提出要换一种更刺激的方式聊天——一对一裸聊。林某没经得住诱惑，与对方“坦诚相见”，期间林某还根据对方的要求做出各种大胆的动作。</span></p><p style="text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;margin-top:8px;"><span style="line-height: 2em;">聊了大约5分钟，对方以手机没电为由将林某拉到一个聊天群内，还没等林某回过神来，对方已经把录制好的不雅视频、照片和通讯录截图等信息发到群里。<br/></span></p><p style="text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;margin-top:8px;">接着，一个男子打电话过来威胁林某，不给保密费就将不雅视频和照片发给他通讯录里面的亲朋好友。林某感觉事情不光彩，害怕不雅视频暴露，遂在犯罪分子的要挟下进行转账。在掏空林某的家底后，犯罪分子依然不放过他，继续让他通过网贷借款转钱。截至案发，林某共计被敲诈勒索22万余元，其中5万元流入了千里之外的仇某名下的银行卡账户中。<br/></p><p style="text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;margin-top:8px;">当仇某还在为短短一天赚到1000元而沾沾自喜时，殊不知警方已经通过林某的转账记录顺藤摸瓜锁定他。</p><section style="margin-bottom:unset;"><section 2em;">办案检察官称，该案是一起典型的利用网络祼聊敲诈勒索后的掩饰、隐瞒犯罪所得案。此种网络“裸聊”敲诈类型犯罪具有较强的诱惑性和隐秘性，犯罪分子通过不同账号的切换与合作逃避监管，增加了此类案件的取证难度。另外，犯罪分子抓住被害人隐私痛点，要求被害人用钱赎回才删除不雅视频，这也让被害人第一时间不敢或不愿报警，导致此类案件有高发之势。“网络交友要谨慎，要提高法律意识和防范意识，养成文明上网、健康交友的生活习惯。”检察官提醒。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p>来源：福建法治报</p><p><br/></p><link
