16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">石溪沁园六扇邸（以下简称六扇邸）坐落于福清市海口镇石溪村388号，石溪村先祖因本地无山不岩、溪水淙淙，故将此地唤作“岩溪”，后人去掉“岩”字的“山”，改村名为“石溪”。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></section><section style="text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">19世纪末期，因家境贫寒，在石溪村出生长大的林金俤、林炎俤、林莱俤三兄弟看到别人出国赚了大钱，也在20岁左右时背井离乡，一同漂洋过海到印尼泗水谋生。靠着吃苦耐劳的奋斗和兄弟齐心的团结，先后涉足纺织、印染、火柴制造、码头运输、金融等行业的三兄弟，经过20多年的艰苦奋斗，终于成为印尼当地名动一方的富豪。其间，林炎俤曾于1917年左右返乡，在家里成亲后又返回印尼。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></section><section style="text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">事业有成之后，兄弟三人就计划在家乡建造房屋，造福子孙后代。1922年，三兄弟开始在家乡石溪村大兴土木，历经三年方建好后来被称为六扇邸的大型民居。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></section><section style="text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">六扇邸依山就势，坐北朝南，规模宏大，房屋高约9.2米，共有54间房，有前埕和正落、侧落宅院，为中轴对称的三进式土木结构。正落面阔五开间六扇（进深方向的横向结构是穿斗式结构的核心。横向的榀梁结构在福州地区称为“扇”，扇是由扁方形的穿枋将不同高度立柱串成片的支撑结构，同时可以安装灰墙用于分割室内空间。根据屋子的深度，通常扇面由五或七根立柱构成，称为“进深五柱”“进深七柱”。多组基本结构相同的扇面平行排列，构成不同的开间布局，民间有“四扇三”“六扇五”的说法。），前后两进院落逐步抬升依势而建，局部2层，布局井然，主次分明。在建筑结构形式方面，以穿斗式木构架为主，局部采用大扛梁减柱造，木柱石础，柱上顶檩，穿枋作为柱间横向支撑拉接的构件，其线条婉转，随屋面走势层层跌落，梁架间装饰有题材丰富的雕件，飞禽走兽、花鸟人物均栩栩如生，华丽而又不失端庄，具有典型的晚清传统南方民居建筑风格，但也间杂些许南洋风格的洋镜与彩色瓷砖。</span></section><section 2px;">当时的六扇邸占地面积4315平方米，其中房屋占地面积1415平方米，包含假山、园林、楼台、花厅、私塾斋等的傍宅园林占地2900平方米，无论是规模还是精美程度都较为罕见，故建成后就成为了当时福清南门外最好的民居，被誉为“南门外第一家”。</span></section><p><br/></p><p 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">六扇邸取材上乘，做工精湛，为福清地区民国时期传统民居的优秀代表。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></section><section style="text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">为了保证建筑的质量，六扇邸的建筑材料基本上都是从外地海运进来的，尤其是木料，取材高大，其中第二进大堂之上前端两侧大柱与其上方长22米、直径0.6米的大扛梁，取自同一根金丝楠木，用料巨大名贵，实属少有。据在此居住的林氏后人介绍，这根金丝楠木产自印尼，当年花了整整一年时间才海运回来，运输费用高达300元大洋，而当时一元大洋就可以购买谷子100斤。同时，六扇邸建筑所采用的花岗岩大石板料，也都加工规整，是从平潭海运回来的。石溪村的老人们告诉记者，当年石溪村的小溪与大海相通，溪流与大海的连接处有一个水闸，建造六扇邸时，水闸曾专门放开闸门便于运输船只来往。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></section><section style="text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">除去运输木材、石板等建筑材料采用了水、陆结合的方式，耗费了巨大的人力、财力、物力外，六扇邸内的装饰更是耗费巨大。不仅第二进大堂之上的大扛梁是罕见的“一人不能合抱的金丝楠木”，二进大门的石门框更是“由能工巧匠手工水磨3年而成”，里面的两面镜子也是“历经百年依然清晰”，另外整个建筑内大到石头雕饰，小到木窗花纹，都是请能工巧匠精细雕琢而成。更可证实六扇邸耗费巨大的是，相传当年建造六扇邸时，林氏三兄弟出手非常阔气、大方，高薪聘请能工巧匠进行建房，工匠们为此都赚得盆满钵满，回去都盖上了大房子。</span></section><p><br/></p><p 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">历经百年风雨沧桑，六扇邸除了侧落原有的假山、园林、楼台、花厅与私塾斋等已损毁外，正落、侧落的建筑依然保存完好，画梁雕栋清晰可见，是福州至今保存比较完好的侨厝之一，并于2019年12月被列入福清市第五批县级文物保护单位，其保护范围为六扇邸四周向外延伸20米。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></section><section style="text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">在100年的岁月里，六扇邸曾维修过2次。第一次是在1996年，仅对屋顶进行翻修。第二次是在2012年，林氏族人筹资800万元（其中林定强个人出资400万元），对破损严重的六扇邸进行全面修缮。为了保留六扇邸的原汁原味建筑风格，修缮团队在福建博物院及国家文物局专家精心指导下，尽量保留原建筑的一砖一瓦、一木一石，历经两年方完成修复，还原六扇邸历史原貌，再现“南门外第一家”的绰约风姿。2014年2月1日，国家文物局古建筑专家库成员陈木霖、福建省文物局文物保护与考古处处长何经平、福建博物院副院长龚张念等在参观完修复好的六扇邸后表示：“‘六扇邸’古民居不愧为福清古建筑史上的一块瑰宝和闽东优秀古建筑。”2014年3月25日，沁园林氏六扇邸被福清市文化体育局审批为福清市文物保护点。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><br/></section><section style="text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">笔者近日看到，六扇邸古朴的院墙大门上题有“六扇邸”三个大字，两侧对联为“六扇如虹立磐石，一溪溅玉泽双木”。院内的正落和侧落基本保存完好如初，从外到内，从各种砖构、石构到内部木构，均做工扎实，用料考究，雕梁画栋，传承古典。尤其是正门上部的水车堵装饰，刻有“为善最美”“读书便佳”“海阔天高”“福禄万代”“吉祥千秋”等字样，“弃官寻母”“行佣供母”“乳姑不怠”等二十四孝图案，以及花鸟鱼虫、历史典故画面等，但这些图案和文字依旧像工笔卷轴一样，刻画细腻，纤毫毕现，清晰可辨，栩栩如生。古厝内的砖雕、木雕、石雕以及灰塑等也皆华丽细腻，精妙绝伦，是古厝建筑中都难得一见的奇观。连拍摄了数百栋古厝的福州市摄影研究会原会长林振寿都震撼地表示，从没见过如此精美的木雕、石雕。</span></section><section
