2px;">“中本贯通（3+4试点院校）”批次两个志愿按照“梯度志愿”从高分到低分择优录取。若同分，按照五年制高职同分方法录取。（即优先投政策规定的同等条件下优先录取的考生；在招生计划未完成情况下，依次按投档总分、学科总分、数英总分、数学单科成绩的高低顺序投档。）未完成招生计划的相关院校及专业转入供需批录取，供需批增设两个志愿，照“梯度志愿”从高分到低分择优录取。若同分，按照五年制高职同分方法录取。供需批参加对象为参加当年福州市中考且尚未被任何普高（含综合高中班）、五年制高职和中等职业学校录取的考生。</span></section><section 2px;">报考中职本科“3+4”贯通培养试点的学生，通过中考招生进入试点中职学校相关专业学习3年后，经转段考试合格，转入对口的试点本科院校学习4年。7年学习期间，由试点本科院校、中职学校合作建立文化基础、专业理论和专业技能衔接贯通的培养体系，系统培养专业理论扎实、技术精湛的本科层次复合型技术技能人才。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2px;">转段考核形式包括过程性考核和转段考试。过程性考核，由本科院校与合作的中职学校共同制定，对贯通培养学生在校期间的学业成绩、思想品德、实践能力等表现进行过程性考核，考核结果认定为合格的学生方可参加转段考试。转段考试，学生在中职二年级下学期参加全省统一组织的中等职业学校学业水平考试的公共基础知识和专业基础知识考试。省教育厅划定转段最低录取控制分数线，上线学生方可转段至对口贯通的本科高校继续学习。未通过转段考试的学生，符合考试报名条件的可参加高职分类考试或普通高考。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2.25em;line-height: 2em;"><br/></section><section style="text-indent: 2.25em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: arial, helvetica, 2px;">“3+4”试点项目学生学籍采取分段注册、分段管理。前三年由中职学校注册中职学籍，按《中等职业学校学生学籍管理办法》管理，学生享受中等职业教育免学费和助学金等相关资助政策。通过转段考试进入本科阶段学习的学生，后四年由本科院校注册本科学籍，按《普通高等学校学生管理规定》管理，执行本科院校收费标准，学生享受普通高校本科生同等待遇。“3+4”试点项目学生属特殊类型学生，在学期间不得转学和转专业。学生因个人原因提出转专业、转学或其他学籍变动，一律视为自动放弃“3+4”试点项目资格，退出试点项目。其他类型中职和本科教育学生不得转入“3+4”项目试点班。学生申请休学，执行相应阶段学生休学规定；对符合复学条件的学生，如学校仍开设相同专业项目试点班，可转入相应年级试点班学习。否则，只能转入相同或相近专业的非试点班学习。学生完成中职阶段学习，转段考核合格，颁发中职毕业证书；完成本科阶段学习，符合毕业和学位授予条件，颁发本科毕业证书和学位证书。如学生未通过转段升学，应作为普通中职学生对待，符合毕业条件的颁发中职毕业证书。</span></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section
