0);">综合高中班可设在普通高中学校，也可设在中等职业学校</span></strong>，设在中等职业学校的试点班可设置为普通高中学校的教学点。鼓励普通高中学校和中等职业学校通过集团化办学、结对帮扶等模式，加强校际沟通交流，推动优质资源共享。</span></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 0);">符合中职学校入学条件的学生最迟可自愿在高一下学期期末前申请转为中职学籍，学籍只转一次</span></strong>，保留普通高中学籍的按原培养计划执行。综合高中班普通高中学籍学生如需办理普通高中转学，学校达标等级按照一般普高执行，转学政策按照《福建省中小学生学籍管理办法》（闽教基〔2016〕44号）执行，同一中考招生片区内原则上不办理转学。学籍所在学校负责学籍事务管理及日常教学、管理及后勤等工作。毕业要求按分流后相应学籍的管理规定执行，参加高考（含高职分类考试）的报名资格按省招委会、省教育厅有关规定执行。</span></span></p><p 12);">各县（市）区及相关试点学校要加强政策支持和条件保障，制定出台相关政策措施。要积极推进综合高中班师资队伍建设，完善师资交流机制。要探索建立联合学校教育资源互通机制，共享教学设施设备。要建立健全综合高中班办学经费保障机制，在专项经费等安排上予以倾斜支持，综合高中班学生按相应学籍执行我市普通高中或中等职业学校现行收费及生均公用经费等政策，保障综合高中班建设和运行。综合高中班试点学校要配备理化生、通用技术等学科实验室，满足普通高中学业水平合格性考试科目日常教学基本要求。福州教育研究院要加强综合高中班试点工作的跟踪研究，及时为行政决策提供意见建议。
