style="text-indent:2em;text-wrap:wrap;">福清法院宏路法庭干警收到诉讼材料后，认为案件事实清楚，具备调解的基础，便尝试联系张某。张某表示自己亦有调解意愿，在事故发生后也曾与许某商量和解，但在误工费计算上未能达成一致。在得到张某的同意调解意见后，法庭干警便询问许某是否愿意接受诉前调解，但许某有些犹豫，表示前期双方调解成效不佳，担心调解浪费时间。</p></section></section><section style="text-indent:2em;text-wrap:wrap;">在听到工作人员如数家珍的列明非诉解纷的优势后，许某也心动了，当即表示同意将案件移送到多元调处中心进行调解。宏路法庭于当日将该案分流委派至多元调处中心开展调解工作，同时指定王凤翔法官为该案诉前调解指导法官。多元调处中心收到案件后，立即向各方发送参与诉前调解通知书，并向被告方预送达原告方起诉状、证据副本等材料。在组织调解过程中，王凤翔法官指导调解员根据事故赔偿项目、金额出具赔偿清单，对于双方关于误工费的争议，王凤翔法官向双方详细解释了目前《福建省道路交通事故损害赔偿项目计算标准（试行）》的相关规定与类案裁判标准，在此释明下，张某与许某就误工费达成一致意见，于当日达成调解协议：张某赔偿许某某共计62769元。协议签署后，张某立即汇款至许某账户。至此，该案件圆满落下帷幕。</p></section></section><section
