2;"><p>始终扎根生产一线，2019年以来在大修管理岗位先后从事计划工程师、计划经理、大修经理，组织实施7次大修，实现本岗位工作安全“零偏差”。迎难而上，勇挑重担，出色完成电力安全保障工作。106大修担任大修经理，不折不扣落实公司领导和大修指挥部的各项决策，团结引领大修团队打赢安全质量业绩翻身仗，大修较计划提前完成，完成电力安全保障任务，有效缓解电网夏季电力紧张局面，为公司年度经营绩效指标贡献力量。</p><p>106大修结束后，立即投入到601大修的前线上，将知识体系快速从M310机组模型切换到华龙机组模型，有序推动完成各项准备工作。带领601大修OCC团队组织实施近8000项工作，安全顺利完成国内第二台“华龙一号”机组首次大修。8个月的时间内完成106、601和206大修3次大修任务。在206大修和502大修时间存在重叠的情况下，主动申请担任206大修经理，有序组织推进206大修各项工作，竭尽全力履行好党员义务，起到先锋模范作用。
