powered-by="xiumi.us"><p>目前，我市坚持“3820”思想精髓，正重点建设六个城、打响五大品牌、实施九大专项行动，做大做强做优省会城市，全面实施全域治水行动，亟需高标准提升水资源配置水平，确保充沛和优质的水资源支撑经济社会快速发展。并且，近年我市旱情形势严峻，持续出现晴热少雨天气，闽侯、福清等多地主要供水水源水库入库水量未得到有效补充，水库蓄水量逐渐减少，供水压力极大。同时，闽江下游乌龙江南港属河口感潮区，由于河床逐年下切，导致咸潮入侵加剧，影响南港包括长乐取水口、福清闽调取水口及仓山城门取水口的水质，使得供水不安全、不稳定，影响数百万人饮用水安全和健康，成了福州人民迫切的共同期盼。</p><p>随着“一闸三线”工程陆续通水投用，开启了福州市水资源配置的新篇章，从“缺水喝”到“有水喝”再到“喝好水”，不仅解决了工程沿线百姓的用水问题，还让百姓喝上了高品质的“放心水”。截至2023年6月底，累计向长乐、闽侯供水10525.19 万吨，累计向福清东张水库供水10342.20万吨，满足了当地工农业生产和人民生活的供水需求。</p><p>“一闸三线”工程（福州段）的陆续通水投用，是福州市全面做好水资源保障工作的一个缩影，构成了我市“两江一溪三库七线多节点”的骨干水网，实现福州市（县）主要城区具备多水源保障。完成了从保障薄弱的单一水源供水到调配自如的多水源供水的跨度转变，有效提升了城市供水保障能力和风险防范水平，为我市经济社会高质量发展注入强劲水动力。</p></section></section></section></section></section></section><section
