2px;">为推动农村“厕所革命”，作为牵头单位，市城管局农村生活垃圾治理办公室结合我市实际，拟定了《福清市城乡公厕建设3年行动方案》，明确要求，每个村庄至少建设1座公厕，计划用两年时间补齐我市公厕缺口。同时，明确建设标准，要求新建、改建的农村公厕（含旱厕改造）标准不低于“三类”。此外，明确资金补助标准，对新建、改建的城镇公厕每座补助5万元，对新建、改建的农村公厕每座补助4万元。</span></section><section 2px;">2018—2022年，全市共投入3560.79万元，新建改建221座水冲式公厕，其中，乡镇公厕40座、农村公厕181座，按时完成福州市下达的农村公厕建设任务。新建的农村公厕卫生整洁，部分乡镇公厕还配置有婴儿操作台，极大方便了群众。特别是沙埔镇西山村，结合垃圾分类工作，对废弃海蛎壳进行加工再利用，用来装饰公厕，既凸显了海滨乡村特色，又实现了垃圾分类资源化利用目的。</span></section></section><section
